Coming Soon: CISH Primary Years Math League

The Canadian International School of Hefei is proud to announce the launch of the Primary Years Math League for the 2026–2027 school year.

The CISH Math League is a new, advanced after-school math program for students in Grades 2 through 5 who enjoy challenging problems, logical thinking, and competition-style mathematics.

This enrichment opportunity is designed to help students build numeracy skills beyond the regular classroom curriculum. Members will prepare to compete in next school year’s math competitions hosted at CISH:

• South East Asian Math Olympiad

• Kangaroo Math

• American Mathematics Competition

  
  

Through fun, collaborative, and highly engaging activities, students will develop advanced problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, mental math fluency, strategic thinking, and mathematical creativity. Sessions will include exciting games, puzzles, investigations, and Olympiad-style challenges designed to stretch students’ thinking in enjoyable ways. Students will explore topics such as number theory, combinatorics, geometry, algebraic thinking, and probability.
