To answer parents' questions more targeted, the curriculum evening was divided into PYP session and MYP session.

Ms. Huang Yan, the principal of I-EP was the first to deliver a speech. In the PYP session, Ms. Huang delivered a speech titled "We are always on the way to build the best IB integration program". She emphasized that PYP curriculum would continue implementing the IB framework, fulfilling the requirements of the national curriculum, carrying out inquiry-based learning with transdisciplinary themes, and cultivating our lifelong learners with innovative spirit, inclusive thinking, and excellence academic performance.

In MYP session, Ms. Huang gave an inspiring speech on the two themes of "How to make MYP closer to the ideal IB education in our mind" and "How to make MYP a more professional and better integrated education to prepare children for the future". She pointed out that I-EP was committed to promoting better academic systematic construction, and try best to lay the foundation for children's future learning and lifelong development. So, please trust us, trust I-EP, and let's look forward to our children's future together!

为了更有针对性地解答家长们的疑问，本次课程说明会分为中学场与小学场。

华外总校副校长兼创新融合部校长黄彦女士率先致辞。在小学场中，黄校发表了题为“打造最优质的IB融合课程，我们一直在路上”的讲话。黄校强调，PYP融合课程将贯彻实施IB框架，落实国家课程要求，以超学科主题开展探究式学习，坚定不移地培养具有创新精神、包容思维、学术成绩优异的终身学习者。

而在中学场上，黄校则围绕“如何让MYP更接近我们心目中理想的IB教育”及“如何让MYP成为更专业、更能为孩子未来做准备的融合教育”两大主题发表了鼓舞人心的演讲。她强调，学校将继续专注于推动学术水平的提升，打造为孩子未来学业和终身发展奠基的MYP。请相信我们，相信I-EP，让我们一起携手，共同期待孩子们的未来吧！

The second part of the curriculum evening was the introduction of the I-EP courses. Mr. Liu Wei, the head of I-EP, gave the speeches on the stage. He said that for PYP, the changes in the curriculum in this school year are mainly reflected in the strengthening of English teaching and the professionalism of English Math teaching. At the same time, PYP will also improve the children's reading requirements and add various special courses for students such as science and technology, arts and sports.

As for MYP, Mr. Liu emphasized that we will further implement tiered learning, not only carrying out the remedial and honors courses in Math and English, but also providing students with courses such as Artificial Intelligence and IELTS training, etc. MYP will continue to adhere to the international direction under the integrated education approach to create a global campus, and insists on inclusive education and whole-person education.

第二部分是I-EP的课程介绍环节，创新融合部校长助理兼I-EP项目负责人刘伟先生上台发言。他表示，对于PYP，本学年PYP在课程设置上的变化主要体现在强化英语教学和英语数学教学的专业性上面。同时PYP还会加强孩子们的阅读要求，增加科技类、艺体类等各种特色课程。

而对于MYP，刘校强调，我们将进一步实施分层教学，不仅开展了数学和英语方面的增强课程与荣誉课程，还为学生提供了人工智能及雅思培训等课程项目。MYP将继续坚持融合教育方式下的国际方向，打造国际化校园，坚持全纳教育，坚持全人教育。

In the PYP session, we also invited Mr. Asikainen, the English team leader for grade 4-6, to give parents a detailed anatomy of the PYP English curriculum setting for this school year. In addition to the full implementation of the differentiated instruction within the grades, the assessment system and curriculum for English have been further enhanced.

在小学场，我们还邀请了四到六年级的英语组组长Mr. Asikainen给家长详细解剖了本学年PYP英语课程的设置。除了全面实行年级内分层教学外，英语的评估体系与课程体系都有了进一步的提升。

The curriculum evening also included subject introductions for each grade. Parents joined the meeting separated by each grade, where the teachers introduce the curriculum content, learning plan and learning focus for this school year to them in detail, helping parents to further understand what their children would be studying and providing them with valuable academic guidance. After the subject introductions, parents went to each classroom to have in-depth conversation with the homeroom teachers to learn more about their children's learning.

本次课程说明会还设置了各年级的学科介绍专场。家长们去到各年级的专场地点，由各年级学科老师向大家介绍本学年的年级课程目标、实施计划和课程重点，帮助家长进一步了解孩子们将要学习的内容，并为他们提供了宝贵的学业指导。与此同时，在学科介绍结束后，家长们还去到了各班班级与班主任进行了深入交流，了解孩子们的学习情况。
