亲爱的I-EP家长：
您好！
愉快的暑假即将结束，新的学期马上就要开始了。在此，I-EP全体教职员工向您和您的家人致以最诚挚的问候，并期待着孩子们以崭新的面貌回到校园。
为了确保同学们能够顺利返校报到，现将相关事宜进行通知：
二、三、四年级：14:00-15:00
五、六年级：15:00-15:30
七、八、九年级：14:00-16:30
教室：
到教室报到，与班主任老师见面；提交暑假作业，整理储物盒；
报到完成后需要整理完个人学习物品，并协助整理完班级物品即可离校。
一至六年级：15:30-16:30
七、八、九年级：14:00-16:30

报到完成后，家长可离校，学生留在课室参与晚自习并开始住校。
着装以及仪容仪表要求：
9月1日：蓝色夏装校服全套；
9月2日：礼服，并携带夏季运动服下装及社服夏装；仪容仪表整洁，禁止染发。
物品清单：
如放假前将收纳盒带回家，请带回；
交通提醒：
①报到当天家长可以陪同学生进入校园；
②9月1日由家长自接送到校；
③为避免校门口拥堵，请家长严格按照要求，在规定时间段内送孩子到达学校；
温馨提示：校园门口设有交通监控摄像，建议乘坐公共交通工具或计程车到校。如需自驾，请自驾的家长将车辆停到学校附近停车场，再步行前往学校。
学校附近停车场：华外同文外国语学校北门的路边停车区、潮漫酒店停车场（广州萝岗科学城神州路地铁站店）、赛菲尔酒店停车场、融达领寓停车场。

The enjoyable summer vacation is coming to an end and a new semester is about to begin. I extend my sincerest greetings to you and your family and look forward to your children's return to school.
To make sure everything goes smoothly, we will share some information:
Walkers:
PYP students in G2 - G6 September 1st, 2024, 14:00-15:30
MYP students in G7 - G9 September 1st, 2024, 14:00-16:30
Boarders:
PYP students in G1 - G6 September 1st, 2024, 15:30-16:30
MYP students in G7 - G9 September 1st, 2024, 14:00-16:30
Tong-man Building：
Students sign in and receive the Check-in Information Sheet;
*Only for boarders* Dorm：
Organize your personal belongings in dormitory according to the Check-in Information Sheet.
Classroom：
Please go to your classroom and meet with your homeroom teacher; submit your summer homework and organize your storage box;
Upon completion of check-in you will need to assist in finishing organizing your personal school belongings and assisting in organizing your classroom, walkers may leave the school directly, parents of boarders will leave the school, and the student will stay behind to participate in the evening study hall and stay in the school.
Dress code & grooming requirements:
September 1st : summer sports uniforms;
September 2nd : formal dress ; neat grooming, no hair coloring.

Traffic reminders：
*Parents may accompany students into school on the day of check-in;
*Parents will transport themselves to school on September 1st;
*Please arrive on time;
There are traffic cameras at the entrance of the school. It is recommended to arrive at the school by public transportation or taxi. If you need to drive your own car, please park your car in the parking lot near the school and walk to the school.
