本次赛艇日的所有比赛都以学院为单位，当莱克顿师生身着四大学院队服齐登场，晨星蓝、骑士白、雄狮黄、赤狐橙，多元的色彩映耀河畔。

校长来到台前，振奋人心的致辞收获了众人的云集响应，速度与激情的赛艇日活动就此开启。在国家级或世界级冠亚军的教练组的指导下，莱克顿的师生及家长们在一番热身后，随即蓄势待发，迅速进入比赛状态。

All competitions on this rowing day are based on the four houses, when Lucton teachers and students dressed in the uniforms of the four houses, Star blue, Knight white, Lion yellow, Fox orange, a variety of colors reflecting above the River. The headmaster came to the stage, and his inspiring speech received the crowd's response, the Fast and Furious rowing Day activity was opened. Under the guidance of the national or world champion and runner-up coaching staff, the teachers, students and parents, did a warm up, then ready to get into the game quickly.

今日的比赛从划船器团队接力赛开场，四大学院各派出两组师生参赛，200m*12，考验的是选手的耐力与爆发力。在赛艇器上模拟划船运动，通过培训正确的动作练习形成肌肉记忆。

每一次划行，都不仅仅为了自己，飙升的肾上腺素，挥洒的汗水，最终将交接棒交到最后一环，直奔目标里程。

在四大学院的争分夺秒中，Fox House勇夺第一，Knight House夺得亚军，Lion House获得第三名。

Today's competition began with the relay race of the rowing team. The four colleges each sent two groups of teachers and students to participate, 200m*12, testing the endurance and explosive power of the players. Simulate the rowing motion on the rowing machine and form muscle memory by training correct movement exercises. Row and row, not only for themselves, soaring adrenaline, sweat, and finally hand over the baton to the last link, straight to the target mileage. In the four houses’ race against time, Fox House won the first place, Knight House won the second place, and Lion House won the third place.

在个人的赛场上，每个人的对手都是自己。

划船器500米个人挑战赛，一次次稳步前行，蓄力，爆发，冲刺，看不见排名的赛道上，超越的是自我，突破个人的极限，只愿做自己人生路上的对手，不断刷新自己的纪录。

最终在个人赛中，Allen W同学荣获男子组第一名，Jerry L同学，Allen L同学紧随其后，夺得第二、第三名。Linda Z同学荣获女子组第一名，Ines Q老师第二名，Tina J同学第三名。

In the individual arena, everyone's opponent is himself.

Rowing machine 500 meters personal challenge, the players steady forward again and again, accumulation, eruption, sprint, on the track of showing no ranking, beyond the self, break through the personal limit, constantly refresh their own records. In the individual competition, Allen W won the first place in the men's group, followed by Jerry L and Allen L, who won the second and third places. Linda Z won the first place in the female group,Ms Ines Q the second place and Tina J the third place.

赛艇体验和团队比赛是赛艇日的压轴节目，每个学院派出师生两组，其中还加入了家长们的参与，分两轮进行了500米的八人单桨比赛，团队比赛考验的是莱克顿人的同频与同心，背向前进的运动，每个桨位都有相应的职责，为了能够顺利快速地前行，团队里的每个人的船桨都要统一节奏入水、推桨、出水，稍有配合不当就会行艇不稳。

耐心调整，再次出发，整齐划一是莱克顿人一种无言的默契。

Every time we fight, we fight together.

Rowing experience and team competition was the final program of the rowing day. Each house sent two teams of teachers and students, including parents, to participate in the 500-meter eight-man single paddle race in two rounds. The team race tested the same frequency, teamwork and backward movement of Luctonians, and each paddle position had its corresponding responsibilities. Everyone in the team's oars must enter the water, push and exit the water in a unified rhythm, and if they are not properly coordinated, they will be unstable. Patience to adjust, set out again, uniformity is a silent Lucton tacit understanding.

最终，师生组以Fox House奋勇当先，双双冲过终点线摘得桂冠，学生组中，Knight House 和 Lion House以绝佳的表现获得亚军与季军，而老师家长组中则是Star House 和 Lion House精彩绝伦的竞争，分别拿下第二名与第三名。

累计当日赛事的总积分，Fox House当之无愧本届赛艇日的总冠军。

无论排名如何，每一位选手，每一所学院都绽放了属于他们的风采与英姿。

In the end, the teachers and students group took the lead, two teams of Fox House crossed the finish line to win the crown. In the students group, Knight House and Lion House won the second place and the third place with excellent performance, while the teachers and parents group competed between Star House and Lion House, who had won second and third place respectively.

With the total points accumulated on the day, Fox House was the overall champion of this year's Rowing Day. However the ranking is, every player and every house have raced their own style and heroism.
