自本学期开学伊始，由莱克顿升学部发起的“超群升学计划”已在如火如荼地进行中，通过家校联动，招募家长志愿者开设讲座，同时开设校外实地考察，以丰富社会经验与多样的行业选择，为莱克顿学子开阔眼界，提供更为宽广的升学路径。

目前已有3位家长志愿者来校为学生分享其所在行业的前沿资讯与趋势。

Since the beginning of this semester, the "Reach Higher Program" initiated by Lucton University Guidance Department has been in full swing. Through the home-school linkage, parents are recruited to give lectures and at the same time conduct field trips outside the school, so as to enrich social experience and various industry choices, broaden the horizon for Lucton students and provide a broader path to university major choice. The first lecture is about the employment information and industry development trend of the automobile and medical industry. The second lecture was on investment and entrepreneurship models, and diamond marketing development. Firstly, different types of investment and entrepreneurship models are analyzed in detail, and their respective advantages and limitations are introduced. In the third lecture, we will explore marketing and the formation of good habits. Marketing and good habit building are two seemingly distinct fields, but in fact there is a close connection between them. The students' first off-campus field trip was to Evonik's China headquarters, where they visited the Personal Care Application Technology Innovation Lab and the Global lithium-ion Battery Center. The students and industry experts from Evonik held highly influential discussions, including the development trend of the chemical industry, future career development opportunities, and the implementation of sustainable development in production. This allows students to have a new level of understanding of the chemical industry, but also more grasp of the choice of major.

第二次校外实地考察，组织学生们来到工业巨头——宝钢（《财富》世界500强，中国宝武钢铁集团有限公司的核心企业）。

同学们在宝钢参观了炼铁厂、炼钢厂、热轧厂、冷轧厂、仓库与船坞，并与五位冶金、材料、物流领域的专家互动交流，深入了解钢铁行业的发展趋势与知识储备需求。

The second off-campus field trip organized students to the industrial giant Bao Steel (the core enterprise of China Baowu Iron and Steel Group, a Fortune Global 500 company). The students visited the Iron Melting Plant, Steelmaking Plant, Hot Rolling Plant, Cold Rolling Plant, Warehouse & Dock and interact with five experts in the fields of metallurgy, materials and logistics to gain an in-depth understanding of the development trend and knowledge reserve needs of the steel industry.The roar of the machine displays unparalleled power, and students who choose engineering may firm their path here.

The third field trip of the semester will take you to Leica Microsystems next week to explore the mysteries of cancer.

The Lucton Reach Higher Program is designed to help students comprehensively understand the latest trends and practices of various majors and cutting-edge industry development, so as to provide useful references for their choice of major in college, future career development or entrepreneurial road.
