The past weeks were exciting for our school’s athletes, who shone in multiple sports competitions across the city.
We proudly entered three talented students into the SISAC tennis competition at BISS, and all three advanced to the semi-finals. In fiercely contested matches, both Thomas and Aomi faced tough opponents in the D2 boys’ and girls’ competitions. Although they narrowly missed out on the finals, Thomas was awarded 3rd place due to an injury to another player. It was an incredible result for Thomas, especially in his debut tournament. Aomi also showed great determination, bouncing back from her semi-final loss to win her bronze medal match. Rallying to secure five consecutive points, she claimed 3rd place in a hard-fought victory.
Hannah dominated her semi-final, progressing confidently to the final of the Fast 4 format. She delivered a stunning performance, winning 4-0 while conceding only four points throughout the match. We’re excited to follow her journey as she competes internationally throughout the academic year, and we wish her continued success.
Having all three of our athletes earn podium finishes in this U19 competition is a remarkable achievement, showcasing their dedication and hard work.

The boys continued their season with a friendly match against Concordia. After winning the first set, the team used the friendly format to strengthen their lineup ahead of the D2 Cup on October 26th.
In our second SISAC volleyball match of the season, we hosted Harrow and the girls put on a fantastic performance. Their strong serving and digging skills led them to a decisive 2-0 victory, marking their first win of the season.
We’re incredibly proud of all our athletes and their achievements, and we look forward to even more success in the upcoming events!
