活动介绍

飞盘--飞盘是一项起源于美国，融合了足球、篮球、橄榄球等项目特点的运动。

这是一项可以让每位运动员试过就爱上的运动。飞盘运动历来依靠“飞盘精神”来维护比赛的公平公正，这也是这项运动风靡全球的魅力所在。“ 飞盘精神” 是一种重要的态度， 每位飞盘运动员在“飞盘精神”指引下都能公平竞争。

Frisbee is a sport originating from the United States, blending elements of soccer, basketball, and American football. It is known for being highly engaging, with many athletes developing a passion for it after trying it. The sport emphasizes fairness through the concept of the “Spirit of the Game,” which promotes integrity, respect, and self-regulation among players. This atitude ensures fair competition and has contributed to Frisbee’s global popularity.

真人 CS--是各种喜欢军事及户外运动的人大家聚集在一起的一种军事模拟类真人户外竞技运动。使用模拟类游戏战术发射器（激光等各类对抗发射器器械）身着战术装 备以及各种款式的军装、护具，进行的模拟军队作战训练的一种游戏，也是国际上风行的 wargame（野战游戏）。

Real-Life CS is a military simulation sport enjoyed by enthusiasts of military and outdoor activities. Participants engage in tactical combat simulations using imitation weapon systems (such as laser tag equipment) while wearing tactical gear, military-style uniforms, and protective equipment. This sport mimics military operations and is also known internationally as wargame or field combat simulation.

皮划艇--与马术、高尔夫、击剑并称为“四大贵族项目”。学习皮划艇运动起源、学习户外运动技能、理解水上运动精神，克服内心的恐惧，在劈波斩浪中挑战自我。

Canoeing, along with equestrianism, golf, and fencing, is regarded as one of the “Four Noble Sports.” Through learning the origins of canoeing, mastering outdoor skills, and embracing the spirit of water sports, participants overcome inner fears and challenge themselves by riding the waves.

游戏挑战（挑战五分钟）--关键词：团队协作、细节掌控

Game Challenge (5-Minute Challenge) – Keywords: Teamwork, Attention to Detail.

齐头并进：小组人员脚绑在一起向前行进10米。

Moving in Unison: Team members tie their legs together and advance 10 meters as a group.

珠行万里：利用手中PVC管将网球向前移动8米掉落在桶内。

Rolling the Ball Across: Use PVC pipes to pass a tennis ball forward for 8 meters and drop it into a bucket.

同心击鼓：代表抓住特制鼓周围的绳子将网球连续颠10次不落地。

Cooperative Drumming: Team members hold ropes attached to a specially designed drum and work together to bounce a tennis ball on the drum 10 times without it falling.

极速三子棋：以赛跑的形式进行，双方每人手持毛巾，从起点跑向棋盘，轮流放置棋子。

Rapid Tic-Tac-Toe: In a race format, each team member holds a towel and runs from the starting point to the game board, placing their mark alternately.
