SUIS 社团 | 青春在行动，关爱自闭症儿童
AHO (全称Autism Helping Organization），
由协和三林校区A1学生创办，
旨在帮助自闭症儿童，
为来自星星的小朋友们进行募捐的学校社团组织。
从社团开设至今，
社团成员们共募集到18000元，
向闵行同星关爱所的自闭症儿童，
捐赠了新的疗愈教具。
一次偶然的机会，我参加了一个企业家夏令营，随后萌生了这样的想法。
成立校内AHO社团，无论是对需要帮助的自闭症儿童群体，还是对于想了解这个群体的SUIS社群，都是一个很好的方式。
事实证明，AHO社团的确吸引了一批志同道合的同学，大家一起筹备演讲、策划活动。也正是因为他们，SUIS社群越来越多的人关注到自闭症儿童这个群体。
除了志愿服务社会公益组织，今年，我们前往协和雪野、康桥校区，向小学及初中部普及自闭症知识，帮助孩子们理解这些特殊儿童的世界，让他们明白了关爱身边不同的人是多么重要。
同时，社团成员将通过承办校内学生团建活动，为自闭症儿童关爱中心筹集善款。
当看到小朋友们从对自闭症的陌生和好奇，到异口同声的说出要帮助他们，让我感动至极。
我体会到了教育的意义，感受到小朋友们的纯真与善良，未来希望能够继续在活动中传播更多的关爱与理解。
越来越多的同学关注到了AHO社团，最终也有家长联系我们，促成了第一个好友聚会项目，筹集到了善款。
带给小朋友们快乐的同时，又能通过筹集到的资金支持自闭症孩子，我真心为我的社团成员们感到骄傲。

The small AHO campus club brings great warmth to the community.
AHO (full name: Autism Helping Organization) was founded by A1 students from the SUIS Sanlin campus.
Its aim is to assist children with autism and to organise fundraising activities for these special children.
Since its establishment, the members of the organisation have raised a total of 18,000 yuan, which has been donated to the Minhang Tongxing Care Centre for children with autism, providing them with new therapeutic teaching tools.
Can you tell us how you came up with the idea to establish this club?
One day, by chance, I attended an entrepreneur summer camp, which sparked the idea of establishing the AHO club on campus.
This initiative serves as a great way to support children with autism who need help, as well as to educate the SUIS community about this group.
It has been proven that the AHO club has indeed attracted a group of like-minded students who come together to prepare speeches and plan activities. Thanks to their efforts, more and more people in the SUIS community are becoming aware of children with autism.
How do you carry out the activities of the club?
In addition to volunteering for social welfare organizations, this year we visited SUIS Xueye and Kangqiao campuses to promote awareness of autism among elementary and middle school students. We aimed to help the children understand the world of these special children and to emphasise the importance of caring for those who are different from them.
At the same time, club members will organise student team-building activities within the school to raise funds for the autism care centre.
When I saw the children transition from being unfamiliar and curious about autism to unanimously expressing their desire to help, I was deeply moved.
I realised the significance of education and felt the innocence and kindness of the children. In the future, I hope to continue spreading more love and understanding through our activities.
More and more students have shown interest in the AHO club, and eventually, some parents contacted us, leading to our first friend gathering event, which successfully raised funds.
While bringing joy to the children, we were also able to support children with autism through the funds raised. I am truly proud of my club members.
