We hope you’ve enjoyed our Dreams Start Here series, with insights to our youngest students in Early Years and how the environment at NAIS Pudong nurtures creativity, inspires confidence, and encourages consideration from all of our students as they begin their life journey.

There is no bias at our school – whatever the life goals and aspirations of our students, our aim is to prepare them for their life after school.  With our approach to personalised education, with small class sizes, a family-feel school environment, and most importantly, a staff of inspirational teachers whose sole aim is to nurture and develop our students to be their best selves, we really do support our students to dream big and then to follow those dreams.

We heard from our very own alumni how they encountered such incredible support from our teachers during their time here (you can re-watch our video series and re-read our Alumni stories by clicking the links): 

• Pia, now a doctor, had invaluable careers counselling and felt that her creativity and critical thinking skills were truly developed at NAIS.  

• Samyudha, a published author currently living in Dubai, felt that the support and encouragement she was given by our teachers has stuck with her for a lifetime (including her ‘Harvard Folder’ which she still keeps for inspiration to this day.)  

• Lily, a Psychology major from University of Michigan, says she will never forget NAIS Pudong, taking away critical communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills.  She felt that our teachers truly cared about her and inspired her to be her best self. 

• Airi – on her pathway to becoming a Medical Doctor – built not only her English language skills here, but also feels that our teachers developed her confidence and emotional wellbeing, ultimately inspiring the consideration she shows every day within her current role.  

• Matthew, a professional footballer in England, clearly appreciates the way the school supported him with customised learning opportunities that supported him while he undertook his pathway to his dream career.
