高藤ECA｜助力每个孩子的梦想绽放

今年，高藤的ECA课程迎来重大变革。我们大胆革新，让学生站到舞台中央，担任ECA的主理人角色。学校与老师则悄然退居幕后，化作学生最坚实的后盾，为他们提供全方位支持，助力学生在ECA的舞台上尽情绽放光彩。

今天，我们有幸采访到学生主理人代表，攀岩ECA主理人——Jack Fang，听他讲述创办攀岩ECA的成长历程。 

This year, Gaoteng's ECA courses ushered in major changes. We boldly innovated and let students stand in the center of the stage and manage clubs. Schools and teachers quietly retreat behind the scenes and become the most solid backing for students, providing them with all-round support to help students shine on the ECA stage. 

Today, we have the honor to interview——Jack Fang, the representative of the student manager and the manager of the rock climbing ECA, and listen to him talk about the growth process of establishing the rock climbing ECA.

Q：攀岩是一项相对小众的运动，是什么契机让你决定创办攀岩社团？

Rock climbing is a relatively niche sport. What opportunity led you to decide to start a rock climbing club?

Jack Fang：其实一开始，我只是一个普通的攀岩爱好者。我偶然接触到了攀岩，立刻被这项运动吸引。攀岩不仅需要体力，更需要专注和策略，每一次攀爬都像在解一道谜题。来到高藤之后，我发现身边也有诸多同样钟情于攀岩的同学。于是，我向学校申请创办攀岩ECA，负责ECA的Zoe老师给予了我大力支持，积极协助我与场馆沟通，妥善处理各类事宜，为攀岩ECA的创办一路保驾护航。

In fact, at first, I was just an ordinary rock climber. I came into contact with rock climbing by accident and was immediately attracted by this sport. Rock climbing requires not only physical strength, but also concentration and strategy. Every climb is like solving a puzzle. After I came to Gaoteng, I found that there were many classmates who also loved rock climbing on the pages around me. Therefore, I applied to the school to establish the rock climbing ECA, and the teacher Zoe, who is in charge of ECA, gave me strong support, actively assisted me in communicating with the venues, properly handled various matters, and escorted the establishment of the rock climbing ECA.

Q：在创办过程中，你遇到过哪些挑战，又是如何克服的？

What challenges did you encounter during the founding process, and how did you overcome them?

Jack Fang：创办初期确实遇到了不少困难。首先是场地和装备的问题，攀岩需要专业的岩壁和安全设备，而这些资源在当时非常有限。学校协助我们联系到了校外的攀岩馆，争取到了合作机会。其次是社团的运营，如何吸引更多人参与、如何组织活动、如何保证安全，也是很大的挑战。幸运的是，Zoe老师热情地向全校学生宣传了攀岩ECA，最终我也找到了一群志同道合的伙伴。在大家的一起努力和学校的大力支持下，我们把攀岩ECA做了起来。 

I did encounter many difficulties in the early days. The first is the problem of site and equipment. Rock climbing requires professional rock walls and safety equipment, and these resources were very limited at that time. The school helped us to contact the rock climbing gym outside the school and won the opportunity of cooperation. Secondly, the operation of associations, how to attract more people to participate, how to organize activities, and how to ensure safety are also great challenges. Fortunately, Teacher Zoe enthusiastically promoted rock climbing ECA to the whole school, and finally I found a group of like-minded partners. With the joint efforts of everyone and the strong support of the school, we made the rock climbing ECA.

Q：在带领社团的过程中，你觉得自己最大的成长是什么？

What do you think is your greatest growth in leading the club?

Jack Fang：最大的成长可能是学会了如何承担责任。作为ECA主理人，我不仅要考虑到自己的兴趣爱好，还要考虑如何让整个社团持续发展。从组织社团到与校方和老师沟通合作，再到照顾每一位社员的体验，这些经历让我学会了如何成为一个更好的领导者。很多社员从一开始的胆怯到后来的自信满满，这种成长是非常直观的。也很感谢学校的老师们在这个过程中给我们提供了满满的支持和鼓励。

Perhaps the biggest growth is learning how to take responsibility. As the head of ECA, I should not only consider my hobbies, but also consider how to make the whole community develop continuously. From organizing clubs to communicating and cooperating with schools and teachers, and taking care of the experience of every member, these experiences have taught me how to be a better leader. Many members have grown from timidity at first to self-confidence later, which is very intuitive. I am also very grateful to the teachers of the school for providing us with full support and encouragement in this process.

从最初的一人热爱，到如今一群人的执着坚守，同学们的满腔热忱与不懈坚持熠熠生辉。在高藤，我们积极鼓励每一位同学勇敢提出心中想法，因为这里，是梦想生根发芽的沃土。学校始终秉持全力支持的态度，全方位配合，只为助力同学们的创意落地开花，携手奔赴热爱，共铸精彩社团篇章。

From the initial love of one person to the persistence of a group of people today, the enthusiasm and unremitting persistence of the students are shining. In Gaoteng, we actively encourage every student to bravely put forward their ideas, because here is a fertile ground for dreams to take root and sprout. The school always adheres to the attitude of full support and all-round cooperation, only to help the students' creativity blossom, join hands to love and create a wonderful chapter in the community.
