你是否想过,在管理情绪前,先学会感受它、拥抱它?为了提升校园内的情绪意识,在一个周五的早晨,我们心理委员会的成员们准备了不同颜色的情绪手环来视觉化各种类型的心情。在每个学生和老师到达门口的时候,无论是学生还是老师,进校前都可以停下来,用一刻的时间感知内心,再挑选属于当天的颜色。这样的小举动,让我们更懂得关注自己,也为校园增添了一抹情绪的色彩。
We often focus on teaching students to regulate their emotions. But should we take a step back to allow ourselves to feel the emotions at the very moment and to embrace the various feelings we are having? To raise our emotional awareness, on a Friday morning, we prepared wrist bands in different colours to visualise the emotions for our students. Students and teachers alike paused to reflect on their state of mind and picked a colour to wear. This small gesture sparked a big idea: being mindful of our emotions is the first step to growing stronger in every way.
管理情绪是一门学问,有人轻松上手,有人却觉得困难重重。在本月集会上,心理委员会为全校同学带来了实用小妙招——比如“五分钟呼吸法”,帮助大家缓解压力、对抗焦虑。我们想告诉你:每个人都会被情绪困扰,但每个人也都能学会守护自己的内心。
Handling emotions is a skill worth building. While some of us find it second nature, others need a little practice — and that's okay. In our monthly Assembly, the Well-being Ambassadors shared simple, effective strategies with all grades, like a five-minute breathing exercise to melt away stress or anxiety. It is also important to remember that at times everyone struggles to manage their emotions and everyone is learning to maintain the emotional health.
情绪不只属于自己,也会因他人而起。以“协和社区”为理念,我们邀请同学们匿名分享自己的困扰——学业压力、交友难题……当我们试着站在他人角度看问题,不仅能为朋友带来支持,也能在未来更好地面对自己的挑战。
Empathy begins with understanding — both our own emotions and those of others. Our feelings often ripple outward, touching the people around us. Inspired by our "SUIS Community" ethos, we invited students to anonymously share their challenges — whether it's academic pressure or friendship struggles. By seeing through someone else's eyes, we not only offer support but also gain wisdom to navigate our own future storms with clarity and calm.
