为提高全体学生的安全防范意识，营造安全和谐的校园环境，高藤学校特邀上海市公安局浦东分局蔡路派出所潘警官开展安全教育专题讲座。讲座围绕财产安全、消防安全、交通安全三大主题，结合真实案例与专业指导，为同学们上了一堂生动的“生命必修课”。

To enhance the safety awareness of all students and create a safe and harmonious campus environment, Gaoteng School invited Officer Pan from Cailu Police Station of the Pudong Branch of the Shanghai Public Security Bureau to conduct a special lecture on safety education. The lecture focused on three major themes: property safety, fire safety, and traffic safety. By combining real-life cases with professional guidance, the lecture provided students with a vivid "life essential course."

Guard Against Fraud, Protect Your Wallet

案例警示：“金铲铲杀猪盘”骗局

Case Alert: "Golden Shovel Scam" Fraud

潘警官以近期高发的“杀猪盘”诈骗为例，揭露骗局套路：不法分子伪装成“高富帅”或“活动组织者”，通过社交平台与受害者建立情感联系，诱导其参与虚假投资（如游戏比赛，游戏代练、虚拟货币交易等）。例如，某大学生被诱导参加“金铲铲”比赛，初期小额奖金获利后加大投入，最终被骗数万元。

Officer Pan used the recent high-incidence "pig butchering scam" as an example to reveal the fraud pattern: criminals disguise themselves as "rich and handsome" individuals or "event organizers" and establish emotional connections with victims through social media, inducing them to participate in fake investments (such as game competitions, virtual currency trading, etc.). For instance, a college student was induced to participate in a "Golden Shovel" competition. After initially making a small profit, the student increased the investment and was ultimately defrauded of tens of thousands of yuan.

防范要点：

1. 警惕“情感+利益”双诱饵：网络交友需谨慎，涉及金钱交易一律拒绝。

Be wary of the "emotion + profit" double bait: Be cautious when making friends online and reject any financial transactions.

2. 验证平台合法性：投资前通过工商局官网核实资质，避免点击陌生链接。

Verify the legitimacy of platforms: Before investing, check the qualifications through the official website of the Administration for Industry and Commerce, and avoid clicking on unfamiliar links.

3. 牢记“五要五不”口诀：陌生来电要警觉、转账汇款要核实、被骗要报警，不轻信、不贪心、不泄露个人信息。

Remember the "Five Dos and Five Don'ts" mantra: Be alert to unfamiliar calls, verify transfers and remittances, report fraud to the police, and never easily believe, be greedy, or disclose personal information.

潘警官提醒：“杀猪盘专攻人性弱点，同学们要牢记‘天上不会掉馅饼’，守住钱包就是守住安全底线。”

Officer Pan reminded everyone: "The pig butchering scam targets human weaknesses. Students must remember that 'there is no such thing as a free lunch.' Protecting your wallet is the bottom line of safety."

消防安全：防患未“燃”，生命至上

Fire Safety:

Prevention is Better Than Cure, Life Comes First

案例警示：静安区胶州路特大火灾

Case Alert:

Major Fire in Jing'an District, Jiaozhou Road

2010年上海胶州路教师公寓火灾因无证电焊工违规作业引燃易燃材料，造成58人死亡、71人受伤，直接经济损失1.58亿元。事故暴露了施工监管缺失、消防意识薄弱等问题。

In 2010, a fire at a teacher's apartment on Jiaozhou Road in Shanghai was caused by an unlicensed welder's illegal operation, which ignited flammable materials. The fire resulted in 58 deaths, 71 injuries, and direct economic losses of 158 million yuan. The accident exposed issues such as the lack of construction supervision and weak fire safety awareness.

防范要点：

Prevention Tips:

1. 杜绝违规操作：严禁在易燃物附近使用明火，电焊等特种作业需持证上岗。

Eliminate illegal operations: Prohibit the use of open flames near flammable materials, and special operations like welding must be performed by licensed personnel.

2. 熟悉逃生路线：火灾中切勿盲目跳楼，应利用消防通道或脚手架有序撤离（胶州路幸存者曾沿脚手架逃生至安全楼层）。

Be familiar with escape routes: In case of a fire, never jump blindly from a building. Use fire exits or scaffolding to evacuate in an orderly manner (survivors in the Jiaozhou Road fire escaped to a safe floor along the scaffolding).

3. 强化日常检查：宿舍内禁止使用大功率电器，确保消防通道畅通、灭火器有效。

Strengthen regular inspections: Prohibit the use of high-power electrical appliances in dormitories, ensure that fire exits are unobstructed, and that fire extinguishers are effective.

潘警官强调：“高层建筑火灾救援难度大，预防胜于救灾。同学们需掌握‘弯腰低姿、湿巾捂口鼻’等自救技巧，定期参与消防演练。”

Officer Pan emphasized: "Rescue operations in high-rise building fires are challenging. Prevention is better than disaster relief. Students must master self-rescue skills such as 'bending low, covering mouth and nose with a damp cloth,' and regularly participate in fire drills."

案例警示：未撤离现场引发二次事故

Case Alert:

Secondary Accidents Caused by Failure to Vacate the Scene

潘警官列举多起交通事故：某司机因未及时设置警示标志，导致后方车辆追尾；另一起案例中，学生骑行电动车闯红灯，与机动车相撞重伤。

Officer Pan cited several traffic accidents: one driver failed to set up warning signs in time, leading to a rear-end collision by a following vehicle; in another case, a student riding an electric bike ran a red light and collided with a motor vehicle, resulting in serious injuries.

防范要点：

Prevention Tips:

1. 事故处理“三步走”：立即停车保护现场→报警并救助伤者→配合交警调查。

Three steps for accident handling: Stop immediately to protect the scene → Call the police and assist the injured → Cooperate with the traffic police investigation.

2. 骑行遵守交规：电动车佩戴头盔、不逆行、不载人，步行时远离“盲区”。

Follow traffic rules when riding: Wear helmets when riding electric bikes, do not ride against traffic, and do not carry passengers. When walking, stay away from "blind spots."

3. 警惕“鬼探头”：通过路口减速观察，避免突然冲出车辆或行人。

Beware of "ghost crossings": Slow down and observe at interdivs to avoid sudden vehicles or pedestrians.

潘警官倡议：“交通安全无小事，文明出行是对自己和他人的责任。校内骑行限速5公里/小时，校外骑行需满16周岁并佩戴头盔。”

Officer Pan called for action: "Traffic safety is no small matter. Civilized travel is a responsibility to yourself and others. The speed limit for riding on campus is 5 km/h, and students must be at least 16 years old and wear helmets when riding outside the campus."

本次讲座通过真实案例与专业指导，帮助同学们树立了“生命至上、安全第一”的理念。高藤将持续开展安全教育活动，筑牢校园安全防线。

This lecture, through real-life cases and professional guidance, helped students establish the concept of "life first, safety above all." Gaoteng will continue to carry out safety education activities to build a solid safety line of defense on campus.
