四月挥手作别,五月携光而来。我们以一场庄重的升旗仪式,开启了新的一周。

This morning’s meeting was hosted by Yue, a student from Pre2 Class.


无人机社团的开创,为我校开创了新的活力,Pre1班的杜同学向大家介绍了无人机技术的发展应用,并且带领大家回顾了日常社团活动,及校外试飞的精彩集锦。

The establishment of the Drone Club has brought fresh vitality to our school. Du, a student from Pre1 Class, introduced the technological applications of drones, reviewed daily club activities, and shared highlights from off-campus test flights.

杨老师这次为大家介绍了航空领域新热潮——可回收火箭,并且讲述了SpaceX公司对猎鹰9号的研发,以及可回收火箭的历史背景,当前技术,与未来展望。

Mr. Yang introduced the latest trend in aerospace—reusable rockets—detailing SpaceX’s development of the Falcon 9, along with the historical background, current technologies, and future prospects of reusable rockets.

陈老师从心理学角度与大家分享怎样利用正确的方法,欺骗大脑拒绝本能抗拒,更好的提高工作学习的效率。

Ms. Chen shared psychological strategies on "tricking the brain" to overcome instinctive resistance, thereby improving efficiency in work and study.

亲手触摸未来:无人机试飞+学习分享


自我校开创无人机社团,许多同学积极地加入了进来,本次无人机试飞活动中,我们以项目式学习为载体,通过技术实践与团队协作,完成了一次跨学科知识整合与创新能力培养的深度探索。

Since the launch of our school’s Drone Club, many students have enthusiastically joined. During the recent test flight activity, we adopted project-based learning to integrate interdisciplinary knowledge and foster innovation through technical practice and teamwork.

从学科知识「物理+美术+编程」的有机融合,到第一视角飞行实操演练,这场会飞的课堂,不仅仅体现了无人机的科技载体,更是培育了学生们多元的成长:在失败中淬炼抗挫力,在协作中深化同理心,在探索中激活潜能,这些能力正是应对不确定性挑战的核心素养。我们将持续推进社团的教学发展,让更多同学完成从知识学者到创新生产者的成长。

From the fusion of subjects like physics, art, and programming to first-person flight simulations, this "flying classroom" not only showcased drone technology but also cultivated students’ resilience through failures, empathy through collaboration, and potential through exploration—core competencies for tackling uncertain challenges. We will continue advancing the club’s development, guiding students from knowledge learners to innovative creators.

‘太空乐高’——

           可回收火箭的终极形态



可回收火箭作为当前航空领域的热潮,SpaceX公司将中国航天技术从落后推向超越。相比传统运载火箭,可回收火箭无论从材料成本,技术成熟度,实验可行度到最终应用领域,都实现了更高的飞跃。可回收是航天领域技术发展的必然趋势,从经济、技术、旅游、通信、气象、农业、物流等诸多产业,涉及到许多尖端技术的突破和创新。

Reusable rockets, a hotspot in aerospace, have propelled China’s space technology from lagging to leading. Compared to traditional rockets, reusable rockets achieve leaps in cost efficiency, technical maturity, experimental feasibility, and application scope. Reusability is an inevitable trend, driving breakthroughs in industries like tourism, communication, logistics, and agriculture.

看似遥不可及的火箭,其实离我们并不遥远,是物理能量守恒定律、生物生态系统模型,到微积分定理、化学反应等,无数个学科知识的搭建。马斯克在星舰二级火箭脱落的场景时曾经说过:“Success is uncertain, but entertainment is guaranteed! ”科技创新从来没有标准答案,而是不断试错后的豁然开朗,以及保持对未知领域的探索热情,或许在今天物理实验室调试实验的我们,会在航天领域留下自己的痕迹。请不要吝啬你们的想象与好奇心,大胆向前走吧!

Though rockets may seem distant, they are built on interdisciplinary foundations—law of energy conservation, ecosystem models, calculus, and chemical reactions. As Elon Musk once said during the Starship separation: "Success is uncertain, but entertainment is guaranteed!" Innovation has no standard answers; it thrives on trial and error, coupled with relentless curiosity. Today’s physics lab tinkerers may leave their mark on aerospace. So, embrace your imagination and boldly forge ahead!


3.  大脑太好骗?把自律变成一场骗局



大脑不是天生的信息处理器,大多时候面对困难任务时,大脑本能的会将困难放大近三倍,跳入自己的“快乐陷阱”,从而选择更高性价比的即时满足感。而这时候我们不妨将大脑变成叛逆小孩来哄,用更深的套路去应对。

The brain isn’t a natural processor of hardship—it instinctively magnifies challenges threefold, luring us into the "pleasure trap" of instant gratification. To outsmart it, treat your brain like a rebellious child and use clever tactics.

披萨切片法


将“大任务”拆解为“小步骤”,每个小步都能带来成就感。

 Break "big tasks" into "small steps," each offering a sense of accomplishment.

“只做2分钟”


蔡格尼克效应——未完成的事会持续消耗认知资源 。“只做2分钟”→“设置番茄钟倒计时”→“完成1%进度条”  .

Leverage the Zeigarnik Effect—unfinished tasks drain cognitive resources. Start with "just 2 minutes," set a Pomodoro timer, and complete 1% progress.

番茄工作法


工作25分钟让自己休息5分钟,在这五分钟时间让疲劳的大脑休息休息,然后再继续下一个番茄时间。

Work for 25 minutes, rest for 5. Let your brain recharge before the next sprint.



困难的事情并不是要做多久,怎么去做,而是怎么开始,只要启动,惯性就会一直做下去。其实聪明笔蛮干更加重要,真正的高效,不是意志力主导的硬着头皮的迎难而上,而是聪明的欺骗,让大脑拒绝本能抗拒,让节奏更加自然。

The hardest part isn’t duration or method—it’s starting. Once momentum kicks in, inertia carries you forward. True efficiency isn’t about gritting your teeth through willpower, but smartly coaxing the brain to reject resistance and embrace natural rhythm.
