尊敬的昆山狄邦华曜学校全体师生及社区成员：

我们怀着感激与期待在此郑重官宣：狄邦华曜总校长蔡芳女士将离任狄邦华曜，狄邦集团副总裁贾莉莉女士将出任狄邦华曜学校校长。

蔡芳女士自2024年3月起担任总校长，以其卓越的领导力和砥砺奋斗的敬业精神推动学校管理提质、学术卓越、家校协作、创新项目和温馨社区建设，她因不可抗拒的原因将于本学年结束时离任。感恩同行，祝福致远，我们在此向蔡芳女士致以最诚挚的谢意，感谢她为学校做出的贡献，衷心祝福她未来一切顺利。

自2025年8月1日起，狄邦教育集团副总裁贾莉莉女士将正式接任昆山狄邦华曜学校校长。

贾莉莉校长认为："教育不是非此即彼的选择，而是让两种文明在对话中进化出新的可能。"

何谓好的教育？在狄邦华曜，我们达成共识——好的教育，应当是一场关于"人"的交响乐，而它的三个核心音符，永远是：

这三个核心音符完美诠释了贾莉莉校长基于其丰富国际教育经验提出的“三维立体式国际教育模型”。作为IB项目的资深实践者，她将全人教育理念融入其中，使这一模型既具有国际视野的广度，又包含本土教育的深度。她的教育愿景，是让每个学生在“我是谁”的探索中，自信回答“我能为世界带来什么”。

作为“慢炖者”，她倡导静待花开的深耕；

作为“摆渡人”，她在中西文化间搭建桥梁；

作为“探险家”，她激励教师设计创新课程，学生成为探究者。

对贾莉莉校长而言，狄邦华曜不是一所待管理的学校，而是一艘已扬帆启航的巨轮。她将运用其在国际教育领域的专业经验，引领学校走向更广阔的世界舞台。她邀请师生、家长共同掌舵，以教育的温度丈量世界，以文化的深度激活未来。教育将存在于清晨问候的微笑里、宿舍里共同探讨学习的灯光下，以及每一次学术碰撞的灵感中。

她的愿景与狄邦融合中西教育、通过K-12双语项目、STEAM创新及全球胜任力发展中心培养未来领袖的使命高度契合。

Dear Dipont Huayao Collegiate School Kunshan Community,

With profound gratitude and renewed optimism, we are here to officially announce that Mdm. CAI Fang, who has served with distinction as General Principal of Dipont Huayao Collegiate School Kunshan will step down from her role and Mdm. JIA Lili, Vice President of Dipont Education Group will succeed her as Head of School.

Since March 2024, Mdm. CAI Fang has served as General Principal with outstanding leadership and commitment, driving improvements in school management, academic excellence, home-school collaboration, innovative programs, and community building. Due to family reasons, she will conclude her tenure at the end of this academic year. We extend our deepest gratitude for her remarkable contributions and wish her every success in her future endeavors.

Effective August 1st  2025, Mdm. JIA Lili will officially take on the role of Head of School. With 32 years of experience spanning public, bilingual, and international education, Mdm. JIA is an exceptional leader in the field. She has played a pivotal role in the accreditation and promotion of international educational programs and is a seasoned practitioner and pioneer of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. This diverse background positions her to guide Dipont Huayao Collegiate towards a new world of education.

Karl Jaspers, the famous German philosopher once said: "True education is not the accumulation of knowledge and intellectual training, but the education of people and the soul." Zhuangzi, the great Chinese philosopher said: "The most perfect man has no self, the divine man has no merit, and the sage has no name." The thoughts of the two philosophers transcend time and space and meet on the campus of Dipont Huayao Collegiate- the former emphasizes that the essence of education is the awakening and dialogue of the soul, and the latter pursues the transcendence of individuals in nature and freedom.  Mdm. JIA Lili envisions education not as a dichotomy but as "a dialogue between civilizations, birthing new possibilities." 

What defines a good education? Here at our school, we believe that a good education is a symphony of humanity with three core notes:

· Academic Excellence: building intellectual foundations and nurturing critical thinking and innovation—akin to starlight illuminating paths of knowledge and discovery;

· Multicultural Understanding: fostering global perspectives through transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary projects, bridging cultural misunderstandings like gravitational waves across galaxies;

· Social Responsibility: cultivating civic engagement through community service and global issues research, empowering students to spark transformative change.

The three core notes embody Mdm. JIA Lili’s “Three-Dimensional International Education Model”, which integrates the holistic education with IB practices, blending global breadth and local depth. Her vision is to prepare every student not only to answer “who am I? ”but also respond to “what can I contribute to the world?”

As a ‘slow-cooker’, she champions patient, transformative growth; as a ‘ferryman’, she bridges Chinese and Western cultures; as an ‘explorer’, she inspires educators to teach creatively and students to develop an inquisitive mind.

Mdm. JIA sees Dipont Huayao Collegiate School Kunshan not as a school to manage, but as a giant ship at sail. She will leverage her expertise to elevate our presence on the world stage, inviting students, parents, and educators to co-create a future where we measure the world with educational warmth and energize the future with cultural depth. Education thrives in morning greetings, dormitory life skills sessions, and every spark of intellectual exchange.

Her vision aligns seamlessly with Dipont’s mission to blend Chinese and Western education, fostering future leaders through K-12 bilingual programs, STEAM innovation, and the Global Competence Development Center.
