在 2025 吉利汽车集团青少年「智造未来科创计划」暨 HACKWELL 青少年黑客马拉松中,高藤学子 Ian 同学所在团队凭借独特的创意与扎实的技术实力,从来自 15 所学校的 200 余名参赛者中脱颖而出,斩获 Geely 2 Challenge: Smarter Car Interaction 赛题的第二名!
At the 2025 Geely "Innovate the Future" Youth Science and Innovation Program & HACKWELL Hackathon, SMCS student Ian and his team stood out among over 200 participants from 15 schools, earning Second Place in the Geely 2 Challenge: Smarter Car Interaction category — a remarkable achievement that highlights both creativity and solid technical strength.

Diverse Challenges, Infinite Innovation

在两日的HACKWELL 中,青少年们围绕智能汽车交互、汽车循环利用等六大挑战主题分组展开对决。Ian所在的团队聚焦“驾驶安全”这一颇具挑战的议题,提出一套基于计算机视觉的“驾驶员疲劳监测与干预系统”。该系统通过实时捕捉驾驶者面部表情与眼部状态,识别疲劳迹象,自动触发语音提醒、座椅振动或调节车内环境(如开启冷风、播放动感音乐)等交互反馈,有效提升行车安全。
During the two-day HACKWELL event, young participants formed teams to tackle six major challenge themes, including smart vehicle interaction and automotive recycling. Ian's team focused on the particularly demanding topic of "driving safety" and proposed a computer vision–based Driver Fatigue Monitoring and Intervention System. The system captures the driver's facial expressions and eye movements in real time to detect signs of fatigue, then automatically triggers interactive responses such as voice alerts, seat vibrations, or environmental adjustments—like activating cool air or playing upbeat music—to effectively enhance driving safety.

方案实践中,Ian展现出极为出色的的团队协作能力。从最初主动分享个人技术栈,到项目中期的任务分工协调,再到后期整合各方资源,他逐渐成长为团队的核心协调者。
During the project implementation, Ian demonstrated exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills. From proactively sharing his technical expertise at the outset, to coordinating task distribution during the project's development, and later integrating diverse resources in the final stage, he gradually grew into the team's central coordinator.
不过,项目推进也并非一帆风顺。团队在技术选型时因追求性能极致,执着优化底层代码,陷入了完美主义陷阱,这让Ian深刻体会到,在有限时间内把握开发重点的重要性。
However, the project's progress was not entirely smooth. During the technology selection phase, the team's pursuit of peak performance led them to obsess over optimizing low-level code—falling into a perfectionism trap. This experience gave Ian a profound understanding of the importance of prioritizing development goals within limited time.

在进行充分反思后,团队重新规划分工,有人专注算法优化,有人负责交互演示,有人完善商业方案,最终在截止前顺利完成了一套完整可用的智能交互原型。
After thorough reflection, the team reorganized their workflow—some members focused on algorithm optimization, others on interaction design and demonstration, and others on refining the business proposal. Ultimately, they successfully delivered a fully functional intelligent interaction prototype before the deadline.

值得一提的是,在项目展示环节,高藤的指导老师Jenny也为团队提供了专业而细致的建议,提倡加入的视觉元素,大大提高了项目展示的完整度和专业感。
It is worth mentioning that during the project presentation, SMCS mentor Jenny provided the team with professional and detailed feedback, encouraging them to incorporate additional visual elements, which significantly enhanced the completeness and professionalism of the presentation.
从问题定义、技术方案到商业落地计划,Ian团队最终用严谨的工程思维与成熟的商业视野,征服了评委。他们的作品不仅展现了对驾驶者需求的深刻洞察,还在设计中融入了前沿的人工智能算法,进一步提升了用户体验。这一成果不仅是对团队协作能力的肯定,更彰显了年轻一代在科技创新中的无限可能。
From problem definition to technological implementation and commercial viability, Ian's team impressed the judges with their rigorous engineering mindset and mature business perspective. Their work not only reflected a deep understanding of user needs but also integrated cutting-edge AI algorithms to enhance user experience. This achievement recognizes not only their collaborative spirit but also the boundless potential of the younger generation in technological innovation.
