This year, Thomas has shown exceptional dedication and talent across three major triathlon competitions.
On 10th May, he secured 3rd place at the 2025 XTERRA Chase Path Youth Triathlon in Suzhou Station. He followed this with an outstanding 1st place finish at the Shanghai Youth Triathlon Open in Jinshan on 18th October. Just a week later, on 26th October, Thomas achieved another podium finish, taking 3rd place in the Chinese Triathlon League – Jiangsu Wuxi, organised by the China Triathlon Association and featuring competitors from across China.
Thomas has been competing in triathlons since he was five and a half years old and continues to train with great passion. He dedicates many hours each week to improving his performance and regularly attends triathlon training camps during school holidays.
Joining NAIS Pudong in September 2024, Thomas has already made a strong impression with his determination, discipline, and sporting spirit. We are proud of his impressive achievements and look forward to seeing his continued success in future competitions.
Well done Thomas!
After a summer of dedicated training, our swim team launched into the first round of this year's SSL season with remarkable confidence and determination.
The meet was a resounding success, with nearly every swimmer achieving new personal bests. However, one swimmer delivered a performance so extraordinary, it deserves special recognition.
Alina's dominated the competition, shattering three school records in a single day. These record-breaking swims propelled her to overall finishes of 1st, 3rd, and 5th place, showcasing her incredible versatility and skill. Swimming is arguably the most highly competitive sport in Shanghai, so these results are phenomenal.
Alina's dedication is truly exceptional. She is not only a special talent in the water but also an outstanding individual on dry land, and we are incredibly proud to have her represent our team.
