秋日暖阳，正是勤劳与丰收的季节。三林校区的学生们逐渐投入了紧张的备考复习。为了更好地向他们传递正面的鼓励，我们心理委员会开展了涵盖学生和老师的 “Positivity- Take What You Need” 活动。

同龄人之间的陪伴固然或不可缺，但来自每天接触最多的老师的鼓励也尤为重要。正式活动开始前的两周，我们心理委员会的成员们带着各种彩色纸条，一对一私下找到各位任课老师，请他们匿名为所有学生写下4-5条暖心的鼓励话语。

活动当天的一大早，阳光洒进三林校区的大厅。当学生们推开玻璃门走进校园，首先映入眼帘的就是色彩斑斓的 “Take What You Need” 展板。

正值A-level课程时期，我们每天都会有各种各样的困扰：青春的烦恼、学业的压力、自我成长的内耗……但是，在协和三林社区，我们所有人是一个整体。在需要的时候，老师们总是乐于为我们送上真诚的鼓励和支持，而我们的学生也以积极热情的学习态度给予回馈。

As the warm autumn sun fills our campus, students at the Sanlin Campus are entering an important period of focused review and preparation. To bring encouragement and emotional support during this time, our Student Well-being Committee launched a heart-warming community initiative: “Positivity — Take What You Need.” This project invited participation from students to teachers, making it a school-wide gesture of care.

While support from peers is always meaningful, encouragement from the teachers we interact with every day carries a special kind of strength.Two weeks before the main event, members of the Well-being Committee visited teachers individually, each time carrying colorful slips of paper. They invited teachers to anonymously write 4–5 heartfelt messages—words of warmth and motivation for any student who might need them.

On the morning of the event, sunlight streamed through the glass doors of the Sanlin Campus lobby. As students entered the building, the first thing that greeted them was the colorful “Take What You Need” display.

A Level school life brings its own set of challenges: academic pressure, emotional ups and downs, and the constant process of growing into oneself. But in the SUIS Pudong Sanlin community, none of us face these moments alone. 

Our teachers are always ready to offer encouragement, and our students respond with positivity, resilience, and a commitment to learning. Together, we create a school culture where support flows both ways—quietly, consistently, and sincerely.
