深秋的高藤校园，因一场温暖的重逢格外明媚。昨日，我校2025届四位优秀毕业生重返母校，带着海外求学的鲜活经历与成长感悟，与学弟学妹们开启了一场关于青春、学习与梦想的深度对话。从美国到加拿大，从艺术殿堂到顶尖学府，学长学姐们倾囊相授的干货分享，为高藤学子的国际升学之路点亮了一盏明灯。

Yesterday, four outstanding members of the Class of 2025 returned to their alma mater, bringing with them vivid stories and reflections from their overseas studies. Through an in-depth dialogue on youth, learning, and dreams, they shared valuable insights with younger students. From the United States to Canada, from prestigious art institutions to top-ranked universities, their generous and practical advice illuminated the international pathways ahead for SMCS students.

久别重逢的喜悦在分享会现场蔓延。四位校友虽已褪去青涩，却依旧带着高藤学子独有的热情与从容。他们深知学弟学妹们对海外留学生活的好奇与忐忑，因此结合自身真实经历，从专业学习、校园生活、文化适应等多个维度，展开了细致又生动的分享。

The joy of reunion filled the sharing session. Though the four alumni had shed their youthful innocence, they still carried the distinctive passion and poise of SMCS students. Understanding the curiosity and uncertainty many students feel about studying abroad, they drew on their real-life experiences to offer vivid and thoughtful perspectives—covering academic study, campus life, and cultural adaptation.

毕业于我校的Mary同学，如今在享誉全球的帕森斯设计学院（Parsons School of Design at The New School）继续追逐艺术梦想。分享中，她向同学们还原了帕森斯极具挑战性与创造性的学习日常。

Mary, a graduate of SMCS, is now pursuing her artistic dreams at the world-renowned Parsons School of Design at The New School. In her sharing, she vividly portrayed the challenging yet highly creative learning environment at Parsons.

Mary said. Drawing from her own experience, she introduced the curriculum structure, portfolio development strategies, and ways to balance intensive coursework with the cultivation of artistic inspiration.

Beyond academics, Mary also shared her life in New York—from adapting quickly to a multicultural environment, to leveraging the city's rich resources to broaden artistic horizons, and collaborating on projects with peers from around the world. Her stories gave students a concrete and realistic understanding of studying art abroad, offering valuable, hands-on guidance for those pursuing creative paths.

Serena同学则带来了加拿大顶尖学府——圭尔夫大学的求学体验。作为加拿大专业排名第一的高校，圭尔夫大学严谨的学术氛围和优质的教学资源让Serena感触颇深。“这里的课堂注重理论与实践结合，很多课程都会安排实地调研或企业实习，让我们能快速将知识转化为能力。”

Serena还重点分享了自己的专业学习心得，包括如何高效规划学习任务、如何与教授和同学建立良好的沟通、如何利用学校的学术资源提升自己等。

她坦诚地讲述了初到加拿大时在语言适应、学习节奏调整上遇到的困难，以及如何通过努力逐步克服的过程，让同学们深刻认识到，海外求学不仅是知识的积累，更是自我成长的历练。

Serena shared her study experience at the University of Guelph, one of Canada's top universities with No.1-ranked programs in its fields. She spoke highly of the rigorous academic atmosphere and excellent teaching resources.

Serena also shared practical strategies for academic success—how to plan coursework efficiently, communicate effectively with professors and peers, and make full use of university academic resources.

She candidly discussed the challenges she faced upon arriving in Canada, including language adaptation and adjusting to a faster academic pace, and how she gradually overcame them. Her story reminded students that studying abroad is not only about academic achievement, but also about personal growth and resilience.

Eason同学分享的美国东北大学经历，让同学们看到了海外校园生活的另一种可能。

东北大学以其强大的校企合作资源和丰富的校园活动闻名，Eason结合自己的亲身经历，向同学们介绍了学校的特色项目、社团活动以及实习机会。

Eason表示，

Eason's sharing of his experience at Northeastern Universityin the United States offered students a different perspective on overseas campus life. Known for its strong industry partnerships and vibrant campus activities, Northeastern University provides abundant opportunities. Drawing on his own experiences, Eason introduced the university's signature programs, student organizations, and internship opportunities.

he shared. Eason also talked about his reflections on living independently abroad—from everyday matters such as renting an apartment and cooking, to managing time effectively and balancing academics with personal life. Every detail was highly practical.

He emphasized that the greatest gain from studying abroad lies not only in academic advancement, but also in the development of independent problem-solving skills and a broader global perspective.

Rachel学姐的分享则点燃了现场学子对顶尖美本申请的向往。

她结合自身申请经历，详细拆解了被多所美国TOP30名校录取的核心秘诀，从文书创作的灵感挖掘、活动背景的精准规划，到推荐信的高效获取，每一个申请关键环节都给出了可落地的实操建议。

更令人振奋的是，Rachel坦诚分享了自己从南加州大学（USC）拒信到录取的反转全过程。她讲述了收到拒信时的失落与不甘，以及如何快速调整心态，梳理自身优势，通过高质量的补充材料和真诚的申诉信打动招生官，最终实现“逆袭”的经历。

她的分享不仅展现了强大的抗压能力，更让同学们明白，美本申请并非一锤定音，主动争取与合理规划同样重要。

Rachel's sharing ignited strong interest in top U.S. college applications. Drawing on her own application journey, she broke down the core strategies that led to her admission to multiple U.S. Top 30 universities—from finding authentic inspiration for personal statements, to strategic activity planning, and efficiently securing strong recommendation letters. Each key step was accompanied by actionable advice.

Most inspiring was her honest account of turning a rejection from the University of Southern California (USC) into an eventual acceptance. She shared the disappointment she initially felt, how she quickly adjusted her mindset, reassessed her strengths, and persuaded admissions officers through high-quality supplemental materials and a sincere appeal letter.

Her story highlighted not only resilience under pressure, but also the importance of proactive communication and thoughtful planning in the U.S. admissions process.

分享会的互动环节尤为热烈。学弟学妹们踊跃提问，围绕“如何选择适合自己的专业和院校”“海外留学如何做好语言准备”“如何应对文化冲击”等问题与学长学姐深入交流。四位校友耐心解答每一个问题，结合自身经验给出了真诚的建议，现场掌声不断。

The Q&A session was particularly lively. Students actively raised questions about choosing suitable majors and universities, preparing for language requirements, and coping with cultural shock abroad. The four alumni answered each question patiently, offering honest and experience-based advice, which drew frequent applause from the audience.

互动尾声，高藤致远升导部负责人Rocky老师向四位校友抛出了一个深刻的问题：

At the end of the session, Rocky, Head of the College Counseling Department at SMCS, posed a thought-provoking question to the alumni:

”

面对这个问题，四位校友纷纷坦诚作答，核心观点不谋而合——

都希望能在学科学习上更加扎实，筑牢知识根基；同时尽早启动语言备考，提前考出理想的托福、SAT成绩，为后续的申请工作预留更充足的时间，从而有机会冲刺更顶尖的大学。

building a stronger academic foundation and starting language preparation earlier—achieving ideal TOEFL and SAT scores in advance to leave more time for competitive applications and reach even more prestigious universities.

他们的真诚反思，也为在场学弟学妹们的高中规划敲响了警钟，让大家更加清晰地认识到提前准备、扎实积累的重要性。

Their sincere reflections also served as a timely wake-up call for the students present, helping them more clearly recognize the importance of early preparation and solid, sustained effort.

不少同学表示，这场分享会让自己对海外留学生活有了更清晰的认识，也缓解了对未来升学的焦虑。
