We are Finalists of China Schools Awards Again! 我校再次入围中国学校奖！

We are incredibly proud to share that our school has been shortlisted as a  "Finalist for the Staff Development and Wellbeing Award"  at the prestigious  "British Chamber Awards 2026" , after winning this award last year.

This award recognises schools that have made outstanding efforts to ensure the continued professional and personal growth of their staff, while actively promoting wellbeing and balance in the working lives of academic, administrative, and leadership teams. We are honoured to be recognised once again alongside other inspiring schools.

• A whole school approach to professional development, including cross-phase peer observations and coaching focused on student learning

• Personalised development pathways for all staff, with clear goals, regular feedback, and access to global professional development opportunities

• A genuine culture of care, with tailored wellbeing support and community experiences that strengthen belonging

Having won this award last year, being named finalists again is a powerful reflection of our ongoing commitment to our people.

我们无比自豪地宣布，继去年斩获后，我校再度入围久负盛名的 “2026年度英国商会大奖” ，成功跻身  “员工发展与福祉奖”  决赛名单！

该奖项旨在表彰这样一类学校：它们不仅竭力推动全体教职人员的职业能力与个人素养持续提升，更积极为教学、行政及管理团队营造健康平衡的工作氛围。能与一众标杆学校再度同台、获此认可，我校深感荣幸。
