上海UEC教师年度聚会：才情绽放，荣誉加冕

学校为了表达对老师们的关怀与感谢，特意精心准备了伴手礼以及Mac、iPad、相机等众多抽奖福利，晚宴开始前，老师们聚在一起打卡拍照，热情洋溢地参与到手串DIY活动中，度过了一段欢乐难忘的时光。

To express appreciation and gratitude, the school thoughtfully prepared gifts and an exciting raffle featuring prizes such as MacBooks, iPads, and cameras. Before the dinner officially began, teachers gathered for photos and enthusiastically joined a DIY bracelet-making activity, sharing laughter and creating unforgettable memories together.

Moments of Honor, Truly Deserved

当灯光亮起，音乐响起，老师走上的不是熟悉的讲台，而是荣耀的颁奖台。这一年，UEC的老师们不仅耕耘于课堂，更收获了来自集团与团队的深深认可：

When the lights dimmed and the music began, teachers walked not onto their familiar lecterns, but onto a stage of recognition. Over the past year, UEC educators have devoted themselves not only to teaching, but also earned heartfelt acknowledgment from the group and their peers.

朱东俊老师和张文文老师捧起了“暖心守护奖”。朱老师将经济学的理性与班主任的温情结合，就像一位智慧的领航员，用理性灯塔为学生指引方向，以温情为港湾，给予学生关怀与支持。

Teacher Zhu and Teacher Zhang received the Warm Guardian Award. Teacher Zhu seamlessly blends the rational thinking of economics with the compassion of a homeroom teacher. Like a wise navigator, he guides students with clarity while offering warmth and support as a steady harbor.

张文文老师则让“学生处”成为学生们最信赖的成长驿站。在这里，学生们感受到了被理解、被接纳的力量，从而更加勇敢地面对成长中的种种挑战。

Teacher Zhang has turned the Student Affairs Office into a trusted station of growth. Here, students feel understood and accepted, gaining the confidence to face challenges along their journey.

陈枫丹老师与宋宇寰老师荣获“桃李芬芳奖”。陈老师以高度的责任感和专业能力，将教学与学科管理完美融合，为语言组教学做出突出贡献。

Teacher Chen and Teacher Song were honored with the Blooming Mentorship Award. Teacher Chen strong sense of responsibility and professionalism allows her to integrate teaching and subject leadership with excellence, making outstanding contributions to the language department.

宋老师则凭借深厚的学术背景和艺术造诣，将清美基因注入UEC课堂之中，通过创新的教学方式和独特的美学视角，为学生开辟兼具艺术修养与学术竞争力的成长路径。

Teacher Song brings his solid academic foundation and artistic expertise into the classroom, infusing UEC with the spirit of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Through innovative teaching and a distinctive aesthetic perspective, she opens pathways that balance artistic cultivation with academic competitiveness.

最令人振奋的团队荣誉——“开拓先锋奖”，颁给了我们并肩作战的UEC招生团队。从展会宣讲到开放日筹备，是他们用热情与专业，为学校带来更多新鲜面孔，也为家长与学校之间搭建起信任的桥梁。

The most inspiring team honor, the Pioneering Spirit Award, was presented to the UEC Admissions Team. From education fairs to open-day preparations, they have built bridges of trust between families and the school through passion and professionalism, bringing new faces and new possibilities to UEC.

On Stage, Talent in Full Bloom

如果说白天是传道授业的师者，那晚会的老师们，都成了尽情绽放的“艺术家”。

If teachers are mentors by day, then on this night, they became performers in full bloom.

殷婷老师燃爆全场的rap《chun-li》节奏一响，全场都惊讶于她课堂之外的飒爽与力量。

Ms. Yin Ting ignited the room with her powerful rap performance "Chun-Li", leaving the audience amazed by her confidence and strength beyond the classroom. 

科创学科组的老师们集体变身，一支《Zoo》歌舞，跳出了学科的活力与创意，原来严谨的理工科老师，也有如此动感活泼的一面。

The Science & Innovation team transformed collectively, delivering a lively song-and-dance performance of "Zoo", proving that even the most rigorous STEM educators have a playful and creative side. 

而当Hans老师和Handi老师在台上，浅唱《嘉宾》《当》等歌曲时，那份深情与温柔，又让我们看到了老师骨子里的细腻。

When Teacher Hans gently sang "Guest" and "When (Dang)", his tender voice revealed a deep sensitivity beneath his calm presence.

抽奖环节总是心跳加速的时刻。幸运号码由梁校等领导逐一揭晓，每一次念出中奖号码，台下都会爆发出真诚的欢呼与掌声——为同事的幸运而高兴，是UEC团队最朴素的温情。

The raffle segment was, as always, a heart-racing highlight. School leaders, including Principal Liang, revealed winning numbers one by one, each announcement sparking genuine cheers and applause. Celebrating colleagues' good fortune reflects the simplest yet warmest bond within the UEC team.

即使没有抽中大奖，那份融入集体的热闹，收到来自集团的每一份伴手礼，都让我们感到：这一年，辛苦了，也被记住了。

Even without winning the grand prizes, every gift and every shared laugh reminded us: the year's hard work was seen, remembered, and appreciated.

Play, Laughter, and Togetherness

最放松的，莫过于游戏环节。当主持人喊出“快马加鞭”、“蒙眼踏步”时，平日里稳重内敛的老师们，瞬间“胜负欲”上线，争相举手、跑上台去。

The most relaxing moments came during the games. When activities like "Full Speed Ahead" and "Blindfolded March" began, teachers who are usually calm and composed suddenly revealed their competitive spirits—hands shooting up, feet rushing to the stage.

扇着“气球马”的认真模样，抢答台词时急切的神情，蒙眼游戏里小心翼翼的步伐……那一刻，没有“老师”的身份，只有一群尽情玩乐、开怀大笑的“大孩子”。输赢不重要，那份与同事一起投入、彼此加油的畅快，怎么不算是游戏最好的奖品？

The focus while riding balloon "horses," the urgency during buzzer rounds, the cautious steps in blindfolded games—there were no "teachers" in that moment, only a group of joyful, big-hearted kids. Winning or losing didn't matter; the shared laughter and mutual encouragement were the greatest rewards of all.

年会的最后，上海UEC全体教职工走上舞台，站在一起。快门按下，定格的不只是一张笑脸，更是这一年我们共同走过的日子：那些早八点的教室、深夜的备课灯、与学生促膝长谈的午后、还有每一次团队协作攻克难题的瞬间。

At the end of the evening, all Shanghai UEC faculty members gathered on stage for a group photo. The click of the shutter captured more than smiling faces—it preserved an entire year of shared experiences: early-morning classrooms, late-night lesson planning, heartfelt conversations with students, and countless moments of teamwork in overcoming challenges.

这张合影，是我们彼此支持的证明，也是面向新一年的底气。正如领导在致辞中分享的，教育是面对未来的事业，挑战常在，但只要我们这个团队“内核稳定、携手并肩”，就有信心陪伴每一个学子，走好他们的成长之路。

This photo stands as proof of our mutual support and our confidence moving forward. As shared in the closing remarks, education is a future-oriented endeavor. Challenges will always exist, but as long as our team remains steady at its core and united side by side, we have the strength to guide every student along their growth journey.

年会落幕，但属于UEC的故事还在继续。我们带着这份温暖、荣耀与欢笑，重新回到熟悉的校园。新的一年，讲台之上，我们将继续深耕教学，守护成长；讲台之下，我们仍是那群可爱、多才、彼此支持的伙伴。

The annual gathering has come to an end, but the UEC story continues. Carrying warmth, honor, and laughter, we return to our familiar campus. In the year ahead, we will continue to dedicate ourselves to teaching and safeguarding growth on the podium—and remain the same talented, caring, and supportive partners off it.
