NAIS Pudong Hosts Inaugural Make-a-Wish Cup in Spirited Fundraiser 为心愿而战：我校成功举办首届“愿望成真杯”足球赛筹款活动
Recently Nord Anglia International School Shanghai, Pudong (NAIS Pudong) hosted the very first Make-a-Wish Cup to raise money for the foundation.
Attended by 8 teams and nearly 100 players total, with a mix of international and bilingual schools, coaching academies and parent groups, the competition was fierce from the first whistle.
The semi finals and final of the cup were only decided by a single goal.
Congratulations to Ole Brazil who beat Stars FC in the final of the Cup.
Mr Oltra was the hero for NAIS Pudong, saving two penalties in the shootout to secure third place after Mr Wood skied his penalty.
Dehong ran out convincing winners in the Plate final.
Players and families were able to enjoy the food from Grandyard Bar and Grill and Eat Dumplings whilst the kids played in the pool and on the bouncy castle.
Thanks to Borussia Academy Shanghai who provided officials for the day and Chris from Open for their generous sponsorship.
The reason why we were all here was to raise money for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Due to combined efforts and donations we were able to raise 24,000rmb for the very worthy cause.
近日，上海英国学校浦东校区成功举办首届 Make-A-Wish 愿望成真杯公益足球赛，本次赛事所有所得款项均将捐赠至愿望成真慈善基金会。
本次赛事共集结 8 支参赛队伍，近百名球员同台竞技，参赛阵容涵盖各类国际学校、双语学校、专业足球训练营及家长足球联队。赛事从开赛伊始便战况激烈，氛围十足！
本届愿望成真杯半决赛与决赛的胜负均仅由一次进球决出。
最终 Ole Brazil 队在决赛中力克 Stars FC，斩获本次赛事冠军。
而 Mr Oltra 是 NAIS Pudong 的赛事功臣，他在Mr Wood 点球射失时凭借出色的发挥扑出两次点球，助力球队稳稳拿下赛事季军。
此外，德宏学校队伍在优胜杯决赛中发挥出色，以明显优势夺得优胜杯冠军。
赛场之外氛围同样轻松欢乐，选手和前来观赛的家人们畅享各类特色美食，孩子们还可以尽情在泳池与充气城堡嬉戏玩耍，尽享休闲欢乐时光。
此次赛事顺利举办，由衷感谢上海 Borussia Academy 派遣专业裁判团队全程执裁，同时也感谢 Open 品牌 Chris 先生给予的暖心赞助支持。
本次赛事举办的初心，是为愿望成真基金会募集爱心善款。在各位齐心协力的助力与各界爱心捐助下，本次活动共计筹得善款24000 元，感谢大家让这场温暖有意义的公益之行圆满成功！
