Principal Liu graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at East China Normal University in 1986. She began her career in K-12 education at Shanghai High School and has since dedicated over forty years to the field of education, including thirty-three years in international education. With thirteen years of experience founding and leading international schools, for her, teaching and nurturing students has long transcended being merely a profession — it has become a way of life. She remains deeply passionate about education and enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life to explore educational topics, finding inspiration and reaffirming her original aspirations through the exchange of ideas. She loves her students and firmly believes that “education is about making life better.”

Mr. Wang currently serves as Assistant Principal and Director of Student Affairs at Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School, and also teaches Chinese.With years of experience in international education, he remains true to his educational aspirations, accompanies students in their growth with care and dedication, and combines solid professional expertise with warm, heartfelt educational values.

Ms. Guo has previously worked at PwC China, the University of Manchester, and renowned international education groups, boasting extensive management experience in both education and business sectors.

Mr. Han Chao brings 10 years of experience in international education and college counseling. With in-depth knowledge of the education systems of the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, he is well-versed in the admissions logic of overseas institutions and student development planning.

Combining his overseas study background with hands-on counseling experience, he specializes in tailoring academic and career pathways for students and has helped numerous students gain admission to world-renowned universities.

From a Tsinghua top scholar to founder of a rowing club and now a director at a global top private equity firm, he boasts a cross-industry track record and international perspective. A 15-year seasoned rowing enthusiast, Founder of SDBC Rowing Club, Cozweat Technology and Ivy Academy, and currently Director at KKR, one of the world’s top three private equity firms. He will elaborate on the unique advantages of the Rowing Dual Excellence Pathway from the dimensions of professional training, admissions empowerment and elite university applications。

Graduated from Shanghai Second Medical University (now Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine), majoring in Pediatrics. Certified Family Education Instructor and Level-2 Psychological Counselor, currently working in innovative marketing at a leading property insurance company. Drawing on her expertise in medicine and psychology, she emphasizes physical and mental integrated parenting to guide children’s growth with evidence-based approaches.

Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School (SHBS) was founded by Mr. Chen Wenguo, one of the pioneers of international education in China, in partnership with Hongrun Holdings. The school holds official accreditation as a private general high school. SHBS collaborates with Griggs International Academy (GIA), a century-old American educational institution accredited by seven major U.S. authorities, to provide access to high-quality global educational resources. The school offers bilingual or all-English pre-university courses (including AP courses) for students at the non-compulsory education stage who intend to pursue higher education overseas. This academic year, SHBS has also introduced a Chinese national curriculum that enables students to take the national college entrance examination (Gaokao).

Located in Zhujiajiao Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai, near the ancient town's tourist area, the school covers approximately 43,000 square meters.
