决战· 之路

The past few days during the Asdan final has been fatigued to the extreme; every night in and night out facing challenges that weren’t expected. From the day we receive the challenges, all of us were enthusiastic, preparing every bit and pieces, thinking about anything that we can do to be better. Starting on the first day, when we join together and drew a mind map on our ideas, putting all our consideration to the final puzzle of KIIWE. Design all the decorations and business cards to better appeal in the challenge. Fortunately, the works pays off, with us winning the medal for the presentation of Task 1. On the other hand, 

for task out of expectation, like the co-operation presentation, that is when we have the chance to meet present together with a group of complete stranger that have the same business objectives. This allow us to meet a new group of people and better know each other’s idea. Come to think about it, that was a most interesting part as we strengthen our group with others. Stock market exchanges was outstanding as well, using the fundamentals knowledges that we learnt in school, we manage to figure out the correct routes and achieve growth. Although we were slightly behind in-term of the rank, but we calculating and checking all the aspects, putting our efforts to the hardest; allowing our rank to move up every tournaments.

In a nutshell, this is a journey I will never refuse. The things I learnt and the sense of honor to work in a team are the most distinguish and delightful experiences.

总决赛拥有七轮财务，生产，运营决策，三轮路演，并且在中间穿插着特殊挑战。在开始前每个公司都有一千万的起始资金用于投资例如，雇佣多少员工，生产多少产品，在产品质量上投入多少资金。每个公司都可以向政府贷款以获取更多的资金，每一轮公司需要给自己的产品定价，以及选择在哪些城市销售，设立多少个销售点。每一轮的运营结束后，系统会经过计算得出这一轮决策结束后，公司在市场中的份额，以及销售了多少产品，获得了多少的利润。而路演则给每个公司提供了获得额外资金的机会，每一轮路演的前几名都可以获得额外资金。特殊挑战充满着未知性，每个公司只能派两名员工去参加，每一次的内容都不同，例如第一轮特殊挑战的内容是奶茶的创新并以演讲的形式介绍给投资者，第二轮的特殊挑战是股票市场投资，在特殊挑战中获胜的前几名也会获得额外资金，最后通过比较各个公司的资产决出冠军。

这次的MARCO POLO奖来之不易，在总决赛开始前两周我们拿到了第一轮路演的主题并开始着手准备，由于处于假期同学们很难聚集在一起，后来在一个周日我们的一位同学家公司的会议室中聚集，并定下了公司名：KIIWE，确定了公司的定位，运营模式，产品功能，公司logo，在后来的一周我们在电话会议中将这些东西慢慢完善。

On July 30, I participated in the Asdan Bs National Finals organized by WYEF. What happened was very exciting and unexpected. My teammates and I prepared a few days before the game. We all expect good things to happen. Fortunately, every round we moved up in the rankings, although not at the top, but our attitude to taking it seriously has paid off. Every night we stayed up to prepare for the next day, and everyone played to their strengths. Of course, we won the Marco Polo award because we were serious in the first task and we are the winner, which is the best identification for us.

On the way home, I couldn't help but sigh with emotion that four days is so short, those hard working moments will become some beautiful fragments in our life. I'm glad there are no regrets this time, we'll continue our performance  in 2022
