Summer break has arrived, and your beloved teachers at MKS have started their preparations for the upcoming semester from the very first day of their vacation. With care for the children, reflection on the past semester, and excitement for the new one, the annual MKS Academic Speech Contest and Award Ceremony have kicked off with great pomp!

今年的美凯思学术演讲大赛在去年的基础上进行了全面的升级，对老师的评估分为了日常教学能力、学术演讲比赛以及学术知识问答三个环节。老师们经过细致地准备在讲台上展现了自己的风采！

This year's MKS Academic Speech Contest has been comprehensively upgraded based on the previous year. The evaluation of the teachers now includes three components: daily teaching ability assessment, academic speech competition, and academic knowledge Q&A session. After meticulous preparation, the teachers showcased their excellence on the stage.

学术演讲比赛分为个人介绍、IB 教学案例、组织活动、总结及自我评估四个环节。老师们在规定时间内总结了自己在过去一学年中的学术创新和综合能力，老师们互相学习，每一位老师都为大家展现了最出彩的一面，也赢得了台下的阵阵掌声。

The academic speech competition consists of four parts: personal introduction, IB teaching case study, event organization, and summary with self-assessment. Within a limited time, the teachers summarized their academic innovations and comprehensive abilities from the past academic year. They learned from each other, and every teacher showcased their most remarkable side, earning thunderous applause from the audience.

学术知识问答环节则更多地考验了老师们的临场应变能力。场上的应对自如是良好的心态，更是平时的积累和沉淀。最后的颁奖典礼见证了老师们努力后的回报，手中的奖状是对老师们一年工作的肯定，也是对新学期更上一层楼的激励。

The academic knowledge Q&A div tested the teachers' ability to handle spontaneous situations. Being able to respond easily reflects a positive mindset and results from accumulated knowledge and experience. The final award ceremony witnessed the rewards of the teachers' hard work, and the certificates in their hands affirmed their year-long efforts and served as motivation to achieve greater heights in the new semester.
