金生受邀参加2023 CISA首届年会|聚焦国际课程本土化

国际教育界盛事——中华国际文凭学校协会(CISA)首届年会,于2023年12月2日隆重启动。本次年会以「国际课程本土化实践」为主题,由澳门中联办教青部教育处长岑嘉怡,教青局副局长黄嘉祺,中华国际文凭学校协会会长崔建社,IB国际文凭组织中国区高级经理姜艳等嘉宾共同主礼。

CISA是获得国际文凭组织正式批准的学术协会,重在积极推动教育国际化进程,培养具有全球视野和跨文化交流能力的未来领导者。

The first annual conference of the Chinese International Baccalaureate Schools Association (CISA), a major event in the international education sector, was launched on December 2, 2023 with the theme of "Localizing the Curriculum in Practice". Under the theme of "Localization of International Curriculum", the conference was officiated by Mr. Cen Jiayi, Director of Education of the Education and Youth Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Macau, Mr. Huang Jiaqi, Deputy Director of the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau, Mr. Cui Jianshe, President of the Chinese Association of International Baccalaureate Schools (CISA), and Ms. Jiang Yan, Senior Manager of the IB China Region, etc. CISA is an academic association that is officially endorsed by the IB. CISA is an academic association officially approved by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), which focuses on actively promoting the internationalization of education and fostering future leaders with a global perspective and cross-cultural communication skills.

中华国际文凭学校协会(CISA作为65所世界IB学校协会之一,大中华区唯一受IB官方认可的协会,CISA会一直与IB紧密合作,共同支持大中华区成员学校的健康发展,促进中国IB社区各学校之间的交流与实践经验分享;通过本土与全球情境的研究,让更多学生把学到的知识与他们所在的真实世界相结合,通过采取行动为世界带来积极正向的改变。

Chong Wa International Baccalaureate Schools Association (CISA), as one of the 65 World Associations of IB Schools and the only officially recognized association of the IB in the Greater China region, will always work closely with the IB to support the healthy development of its member schools in the Greater China region, to promote communication and sharing of practical experiences among schools in the Chinese IB community; and to enable more students to integrate what they learn with the real world they live in by taking action to bring about positive and positive change in the world through research in both local and global contexts.

CISA首届年会锦绣荟萃


是次年会活动形式可谓精彩纷呈,安排了主旨演讲、圆桌论坛、分年段分享以及课堂教学展示。三百余名来自大中华地区的IB学校和教育机构的代表汇聚于此,共同分享目前国家政策下国际化学校的办学、经营与发展,探讨新课标下IB教育的探索实践、挑战困惑、出路及未来。

The annual conference was organized in a variety of formats, including keynote speeches, roundtable forums, grade-level sharing and classroom teaching demonstrations. More than 300 representatives from IB schools and educational institutions in Greater China gathered here to share the operation and development of internationalized schools under the current national policy, and to discuss the exploration and practice of IB education under the new curriculum, the challenges and confusion, the way out and the future.

 澳门教育及青年发展局副局长发言 


澳门教育及青年发展局副局长黄嘉祺致辞祝贺CISA年会顺利举行。他认为,中华国际文凭学校协会以「国际课程的本土化实践」为主题的首届年会,为大中华地区的国际化教育实践交流搭建了很好的平台,也将为澳门在国际化教育的探索提供宝贵的经验。

Mr. Huang Jiaqi, Deputy Director of the Macao Education and Youth Development Bureau, delivered a speech to congratulate CISA for successfully hosting the Annual event. He believed that the first annual conference of the Chinese International Baccalaureate Schools Association (CISA) with the theme of "Localized Practice of the International Curriculum" has set up a good platform for the exchange of internationalized education practices in the Greater China region, and will provide valuable experience for Macao's exploration in internationalized education.

 众嘉宾演讲 


中华国际文凭学校协会会长崔建社以《融合与创新:中国IB学校的本土化教育之路》为题,介绍会员学校在国际课程本土化教育之路上所作的探索与实践、创新与突破,以及价值与贡献。IB国际文凭组织中国区高级经理姜艳以《IB在中国的发展与展望》为主题、北京师范大学国际与比较教育研究院滕珺教授以教与学的国际图景与中国模样》为主题,分别发表了主旨演讲。

Cui Jianshe introduced the exploration and practice, innovation and breakthroughs, as well as the value and contribution of member schools on the road to localized education of the international curriculum under the theme of 「Integration and Innovation: The Road to Localized Education in Chinese IB Schools」.Jiang Yan delivered a keynote speech on the theme of 「Development and Prospects of IB in China」, and Professor Teng Jun, Institute of International and Comparative Education, Beijing Normal University, delivered a keynote speech on the theme of 「International Picture and Chinese Model of Teaching and Learning」.

As a professional IB World School, King’s Kindergarten recognizes the common philosophy of the IB school community and is committed to reaching the IB philosophy through effective practice. King’s Kindergarten has been a member of the CISA Association since the very beginning of its authorization by the IB PYP and is highly recognized in the industry. King’s Kindergarten's localized practice of international education stood out from the 14 IB PYP schools and 21 academic reports, and became one of the six representatives of outstanding programs that eventually qualified for the conference.

韦小冰总园长作为EPYP项目代表发言 


作为此次年会中Early PYP项目发言人,金生幼儿园总园长韦小冰站在国际的舞台上向大家展示了IB课程本土化实践方面的优秀经验和成果。以《学习社区文化的有效创建》为题,从金生幼儿园的自身实践出发,探析文化结构四层次说与学习社区的关联性,聚焦校园管理、课程协作、社区协同三大维度,深度解构学习者社区文化的创建历程,号召让创建积极的学习社区成为学习者的自觉行动并从中受益。

As the spokesperson of Early PYP program in this annual conference, Wei Xiaobing, the chief director of King’s Kindergarten, stood on the international stage to show the excellent experience and achievements in the localization practice of IB curriculum. Under the title of 「Effective Creation of Learning Community Culture」, starting from King’s Kindergarten's own practice, she analyzed the correlation between the four levels of cultural structure and learning community, focused on the three dimensions of campus management, curricular collaboration, and community synergy, and deconstructed in depth the process of creating the community culture for the learners, and called for the creation of active learning community to become a conscious action of the learners and to be benefited from it.

国际课程的本土化实践有助于培养学生的全球视野和跨文化沟通能力,为未来的专业方向、职业生涯和社会发展打下坚实的基础。金生幼儿园以自身为研究案例,采取了一系列有效行动构建学习者社区文化,推进国际课程的本土化实践。

The localization practice of international curriculum helps to cultivate students' global vision and cross-cultural communication skills, laying a solid foundation for future professional orientation, career and social development.
