Affordable International Education
We are a member of Bromsgrove School UK, one of the UK's top K12 private boarding schools with over 550 years of history. The school boasts academic excellence and is consistently ranked among the top 10 private schools in the UK.
Mission Hills Education Group has partnered with Bromsgrove School for many years to provide K12 education for students from Kindergarten, Primary School to Secondary School. Our students can seamlessly transition from BMH through Bromsgrove School to the world's top universities.
BMH Pre School was founded in 2015, fully implementing the IB-PYP programme, and is committed to a high quality, challenging and holistic education. Our Pre School's curriculum is based on China's Outline for the Development of Children Aged 3-6 and the UK's EYFS framework, bringing together excellent educational resources from home and abroad, and integrating Chinese culture and educational traditions to form a unique curriculum blending east and west, aiming to cultivate children with a global mindset, a multicultural sensitivity, good character, fluent in both Chinese and English, and progressively enhanced thinking skills and an internal motivation for lifelong learning.
The teaching team of BMH Pre School fully understands the educational theory and also has hands-on experience and management experience. Our professional team has both overseas and domestic teaching experience. Our teachers are familiar with various early childhood education models such as EYFS, PBL, Reggio, etc., and specialize in inquiry-based learning and English teaching practice.
Ms Angela has nearly 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including 13 years of early childhood teaching and management in New Zealand. She has a deep understanding and practice of western culture and popular early childhood teaching methods.
Deputy Head of Pre School
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from East China Normal University and a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Melbourne. She has worked as a teaching supervisor in Australian public kindergartens. She has worked in international schools in Shanghai and Hangzhou.

Ms Lauren, a veteran educator from South Africa, has worked in international schools in Shanghai for over 8 years. She is very familiar with Reggio and Montessori teaching methods.
Chinese Curriculum Coordinator
She has rich experience in early childhood education in international schools and was awarded "Outstanding Teacher of Futian District, Shenzhen".
Our Pre School has a very cohesive team of local and expat teachers. They love children and are responsible, have international-mindedness and excellent English language skills, and specialise in inquiry-based learning and ESL teaching. They bring a diversity of cultures to our students and help them gain valuable learning experiences through a variety of means.
We recruit teachers from all over the world, and all of our teachers have passed strict interviews and background checks, and have proper educational backgrounds, teaching qualifications and rich teaching experience. Our expat teachers are mainly from native English-speaking countries and have extensive teaching experience in international schools.
With 9 years of practical experience, Inquiry is one of our core curricula and draws on the same strengths as the IB curriculum. Each year group has four inquiry units spread across the academic year, designed according to the developmental characteristics of children, and each theme follows the same cycle: introduction-exploration-research-conclusion, which integrates and connects knowledge from a variety of disciplines. The inquiry curriculum follows the pedagogical steps of scientific research thinking. Children not only develop intrinsic motivation, but also develop the habit of thinking scientifically and critically from an early age, thus enabling them to develop a global perspective.
Taught by expat teachers whose mother tongue is English, the programme is divided into three main divs: phonics, guided reading and talk for writing. The syllabus draws on English learning programmes in the UK, following the learning theories of ESL learners and how they master English, and models after English learning programmes originated from English speaking countries as close as possible. Each class is led by a designated in-house expat teacher every day, and children master listening, speaking, reading, and writing in an immersive English environment and learn to apply them in practical context.
Using the Singapore Framework for Mathematics Education, maths education is integrated into inquiry units, and students learn to explore topic content according to a rigorous lesson plan, which is more scientific and appropriate to the characteristics of learning mathematics bilingually. Maths knowledge learnt this way will provide a strong and comprehensive foundation for the study and research of other subjects.
