老师们的第一课就是通过戏剧史的学习重构对于戏剧教育的认知。致敬经典，通过学习莎士比亚等戏剧大师，老师不仅仅希望教会孩子戏剧这种艺术表演形式，更重要的是让戏剧教育融入到日常教学和生活中，让趣味和创意成为我们课程的特色。

The first lesson is understanding drama education through learning the history of drama. Paying tribute to the classics, through learning about Shakespeare and other drama masters, teachers hope not only to teach children a performing art, but also to incorporate drama into the daily life to enrich the curriculum through creativity and fun ideas.

三天的集训中最实用的部分就是贯穿集训各式各样的小游戏。这些适龄的小游戏可以让老师们带着2-6岁的孩子去体验戏剧的快乐。比如老师们最喜欢的“镜像游戏”：当所有人都缓慢的模仿一个人的动作时，你能猜出他们在模仿哪个老师吗？

The most practical part throughout the entire training was the little games. These child-friendly, age appropriate games allow teachers to have fun with young children. For example, from the “Mirror Game” in the picture, can you guess who is leading the action?

一场完整的戏剧培训当然少不了策划和表演啦。老师们分为三组，在完成戏剧技巧的学习后，在短短一小时的准备时间里为大家呈现了三场生动风趣的儿童戏剧演出。老师们在这个过程中学习了戏剧演出的准备流程，排练方法和表演细节。期待孩子们新学期里的戏剧演出吧！

A self-designed drama show is indispensable in a drama training. Teachers are divided into three groups to prepare a drama show after learning about the performance techniques and an short hour of preparation. In the preparation,  teachers learned about the process of producing a drama show, training methods, and other details in the performance. Teachers were looking forward to coach our children in the coming semester! 

为期三天的集训，在老师们的欢声笑语中很快地落下了帷幕。走出培训教室，老师们将把戏剧的技巧带回美凯思，把创意带入课堂，让孩子们的活动更加丰富有趣。通过教育戏剧来创造浸入式的戏剧教育，美凯思期待孩子们的到来！

The three day training ends in the laughers of teachers. Walking out of their classroom, teachers will bring back what they learned to MKS, and bring back new ideas into the classroom to provide more interesting activities for the children. Creating a immersive drama education through educational drama, MKS is looking forward to the arrival of all children!
