不仅如此，为了更好地照顾到1-3年级的学生家庭，学校还别出心裁地为1-3年级学生准备了趣味性的打卡活动，调动低年级学生对于知识的好奇心与主动学习，分担家长们的带娃压力。

老师们化身为一个个活泼的网红直播，表演艺术组的Marv老师把整个舞台当做他的直播间，多屏教学以便清晰看到每个孩子的动作；体育组的Renella老师索性录制了KEEP教科书般的运动视频课，每天都为大家带来惊喜。

考虑到线上学习可能会带来紧张与压力，我们的心理老师Richard为学生和家庭安排心理健康支持服务，通过每天20分钟的心理小课堂，保证学生们的心理健康。

Richard 老师毕业于伦敦政治经济学院社会与文化心理学专业，共情能力与沟通能力强。作为学生心目中的“知心大哥哥”，Richard老师在学校里不仅是个很好的倾诉对象，还积极开展了冥想课堂，帮助同学们调整自己，集中意志力。

Back to school is suspended, what should I do? Before parents began to get anxious, our school responded quickly. Last Sunday, under the organization and leadership of our principals, the entire school staff worked together to effectively formulate online learning arrangements for students of different grades during the epidemic. 

In addition, in order to better take care of the families of students in Grades 1-3, our school has also prepared interesting punch-in activities for them in an ingenious way to mobilize their curiosity about learning, and also share the pressure for parents.

This is the most direct feeling of teachers and students even though they are connected via the Internet. Classrooms are still bright and clean, teachers and students are with happy faces, nothing has changed.

Our teachers turned into lively Internet celebrities. Drama teacher Mr. Marv used the entire stage as his live broadcast room, and taught on multiple screens so that he could clearly see the movements of each child; PE teacher Ms. Renella recorded the exercise videos for students every day like we follow the sport APP “KEEP”.

Considering that online learning may bring tension and pressure to our students, our psychology teacher Richard arranges mental health support services for students and families, and ensures students' mental health through a 20-minute Mindfullness Session every day.

Mr. Richard graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science majoring in social and cultural psychology, with strong empathy and communication skills. As a "confidant big brother" in the minds of students, Mr. Richard is not only a good person to talk to at school, but also actively conducts mindfullness session to help students adjust themselves and concentrate their willpower.
