柏朗思•印象 | 王漪琳:教育让孩子们清澈明朗、永怀善意

“迷人地不引人注目,不引人注目的迷人”

谈到王漪琳老师,浮现在我脑海里的便是这句话,她的身上有一种看似矛盾的却又融合的美感。

一半是语文老师的柔,一半是四川人显著的勇。

一半是诲人不倦的坚定,一半是缱绻深情的慈爱。

从2018年她加入BMH直至今天,这四年里她囊获了包括龙华区“优秀班主任”“班主任能力大赛一等奖”等多个奖项,也收获了学生、家长和同事的一致好评。

所以,我们特地找到王老师,想听听她聊聊在BMH工作的心声,也想看看她身上强大的力量来源。

收到这样任务,我仿佛能够真切地体会到学生们在初次面对命题作文时的“大脑茫茫然”。在我们常有的认知里,教师这份工作跟社会上很多的职业没有太大的区别,每天周而复始地重复着似乎早已熟稔的事情,有什么可以写的呢?

但当我打开教育笔记的文档,一张张容颜竟在脑海中炸开了花。



瞧,这个孩子在干什么?

他是一个充满无限正义感的可爱男孩。二年级的他充满了无限的艺术创意,一不留神,他就在楼梯间的角落里给大家藏了一幅“惊喜之作”。

面对因被同学“举报”而焦躁不安的“艺术家”,我该怎么做?

过去摸摸头,拿一块橡皮,一起蹲下来,和他讨论怎么能够把墙擦干净。然后自己试一试。十分钟后,墙干净了。两年后,楼梯间的白墙依旧干净,而美术教室的墙面挂上了他的画作。



瞧,这个孩子在干什么?

他是一个在所有课堂里都无法冷静下来的孩子。因为他觉得所有的学习对他来说都很简单,一看就会了。事实也是如此。于是,他成为了课堂里的“动作表演家”、“攀爬高手”……

面对这样一个一脸无辜的“智多星”,我该怎么做?

一件独一无二的班级工作,一周专属于他的师生聊天和玩耍时间,一份共同面对错误的坚定信任......尽管他依旧会发脾气,但却成为了第一个主动把番薯放在酸奶盖上而不是直接放在桌上的孩子,因为“被清洁过的桌面可能还是会小笔屑,同学们不小心吃了,会不舒服的。”他如是说。


瞧,这个孩子在干什么? 

他是一个内敛且聪颖的孩子。初认识他,我们会花两个月陪他隔着玻璃窗投过的光亮,临摹下他用笔创作的第一只青蛙图案,但依然没有任何文字和语言回应。

面对这样一个有着丰富的内心世界但却怯于表达的小小“思想家”,我该怎么办?

真诚地认可,持续的陪伴,不断提高标准的重复练习……一年半后,他能够和不同的老师、同学自在地聊天,也能够独立写完一份超过两百字、结构完整的小作文。

在一个共生的环境里,没有人会孤独地成长。作为一个基础教育的工作者,我和许多同仁一样,在自己的岗位上,日复一日。看似平凡的背后,细细品来,却意义万千。


记得在读大学时,有老师分享到“什么叫教师”。可就是如此具体的话题,却也生生地难倒了当时懵懵懂懂就“被推着踏上工作岗位”的我。经历了从公立到私立,从模仿到创造,从陌生到熟悉......遭遇形形色色的人,经历起起伏伏的事,正因如此,我才有机会锻炼自己心性和能力,才有勇气和智慧去看待得失,去更加豁达和从容地、独立地面对这个世界,找到自己的价值。

一路走来,我收获的不仅是个人的成熟与蜕变,也让我留下了一段段珍贵的师生、家校和同仁情谊。




而在BMH,我更受益于小班化、开放化的工作环境,慢下来、静下来,真实地、平等地看到每个人的与众不同,用更多的时间去更加深刻地理解每一位同仁、学生和家庭,一起去体验这充满变化的日子。原来,教师就是“我做给你看”,就是“只要你需要,我就在”,就是“你尽管往上爬,我托着你”,就是“我陪着你”……



风在天上吹着喇叭将世界唤醒。”(P3 Summer),我们心怀天真,保持好奇,踏着成长的脚步,跌跌撞撞,不断地在生活中重复着,重复着,在重复中前进,在前进中迎接未知。这或许就是我们读书求学最大的意义,也是一所学校带给我们最珍贵的人生礼物——清澈明朗、永怀善意

"Charmingly unobtrusive, unobtrusively charming."

These are the words that come to mind when we talk about Ms. Wang.

Since she joined BMH in 2018 until today, she has won many awards in the past four years, including "Excellent Banzhuren" and "First Prize in Banzhuren Proficiency Competition" in Longhua District, and she has also gained praise from students, parents and colleagues.

Therefore, we wanted to hear from Ms. Wang about her work at BMH and to see the source of her strength.

When I received such an assignment, I seemed to be able to truly appreciate the "dazed brains" of the students when they first faced the propositional composition. In our perception, the job of a teacher is not much different from many professions in society. Every day, we repeat things that we seem to be familiar with. What can I write about?

Opening my document of education notes, the memories come like a tide.



Look, what is this child doing?

He is a lovely boy full of a sense of justice and artistic creativity. He always gives surprise works for everyone in the corner of the stairwell.

What should I do when faced with an anxious "artist" who has been "reported" by a classmate?

Touch his head, grab an eraser, squat down together, and discuss how to clean the wall. After ten minutes, the wall was clean. Two years later, the white walls in the stairwell are still clean, while his paintings are hung on the walls of the art classroom.



Look, what is this child doing?

He was a boy who couldn't calm down in all the classes. Because he thinks that all learning is easy for him. So, he became an "action performer" and a "climbing master" in the classroom...

Faced with such an innocent-looking “genius", what should I do?

A unique classroom job, a weekly teacher-student chat and play time just for him, a strong trust to face mistakes together ...... Although he still loses his temper, he became the first child to take the initiative to put the sweet potato on the yogurt lid instead of directly on the table because "a cleaned table may still have small pencil shavings, and classmates will be uncomfortable if they accidentally eat them." He said so.

Look, what is this child doing?

He is a restrained and intelligent child.When we first met him, we spent two months with him copying his first frog design through a glass window, but we still didn't get any written or verbal response from him either.

Faced with such a little "thinker" who has a rich inner world but is too timid to express himself, what should I do?

Sincere recognition, constant companionship, and repetitive practice to constantly raise the standard ...... A year and a half later, he was able to chat comfortably with different teachers and classmates, as well as write a small, well-structured essay of over two hundred words independently.

In a coexisting environment, no one grows alone. As an educator, I, like many of my colleagues, am in my position, day in and day out. Behind the seemingly mundane, there is a lot of meaning when you look for it.

I remember when I was in college, a teacher shared "What is a teacher?" Such a specific question, but it stumped me at that time. I have experience from public school to private school, from imitation to creation, from unfamiliar to familiar... I have encountered all kinds of people and experienced many ups and downs. Because of this, I have the opportunity to exercise my character and ability. Courage and wisdom to look at gains and losses, to face the world more open-mindedly, calmly and independently, and to find my own value. 



Along the way, I have not only gained personal maturity and transformation, but also gained precious friendships with teachers and students, family, school and colleagues.




At BMH, I benefited more from a small class and an open working environment. I slowed down, calmed down, truly saw the difference of each person, and spent more time understanding each colleague,student and family more deeply as we experience these changing days together. It turns out that the teacher is one who responds "I will teach you", that is, "As long as you have need, I will be there", that is, "You can climb up, I will support you", that is, "I will accompany you"...



"The wind blows the trumpet in the sky to wake up the world." ( from P3 Summer), we are naive, curious, step on the footsteps of growth, stumble, and keep repeating in life, repeating, advancing in repetition, advancing in meeting the unknown. This may be the greatest meaning of our study and it is also the most precious gift of life that a school brings us—clear and bright, always with kindness.
