早在上个月，深圳诺德双语学校便组织全校师生，开展以环保为主题的特色活动。3 月 22 日是一年一度的世界水日，水是我们的生命之源，是我们生命中不可缺少的一部分。在世界水日这天，数学科组老师带领学生们，分享自己节约用水的方式和方法，倡导大家关爱地球，节约每一滴水。

保护环境除了减少浪费，还有一个很重要的途径是变废为宝。在深圳诺德双语学校的艺术与设计课堂上，我们鼓励学生学生们发挥无限创意，通过不断探索与尝试，把艺术融入生活中。例如学生们运用旧杂志、纸箱和塑料瓶等各种废弃的材料做笔刷，创造出美丽而独特的艺术拼贴画。

As early as last month, NAS Shenzhen organized teachers and students of the school to carry out special activities with the theme of environmental protection. March 22 is the annual World Water Day. Water is the source of our life and an indispensable part of our life. On World Water Day, our Math teachers led the students to share their ways and means of saving water, advocating that everyone care for the earth and save every drop of water.

In addition to reducing waste, another important way to protect the environment is to turn waste into treasure. In the art and design class of NAS Shenzhen, we encourage students to show their infinite creativity and integrate art into the clock of life through continuous exploration and experimentation. For example, students use various discarded materials such as old magazines, cardboard boxes and plastic bottles as brushes to create beautiful and unique artistic collages.

The art class not only taught the students about the importance of environmental protection but also provided them with a fun and engaging way to express their creativity while making a positive impact on the planet. This open day, we invite two art teachers to provide children with immersive art classes, come and book our open day seats in advance!

In addition to lively and interesting art classes, we also provide students with experience classes in English, information technology, sports, etc., interact with our teachers face to face, and intuitively experience our teaching content and teachers. We provide students with diversified education that integrates the essence of Chinese and Western education. While strictly implementing the national nine-year compulsory education curriculum standards, we incorporate international teaching methods and teaching elements that are widely recognized around the world. Besides learning, we encourage students to participate in Australian, Singapore, and Canada mathematics competitions. 

Our first cohort of A-level students achieved outstanding results in their first AS examination。Among them, 22% of students got the full score, 61% of students got an A score, and 78% of students got an A-B score, placing them on par or even above their international peers.

Students joining NAS Shenzhen middle school will be supported by the ability base teaching Math and English. According to their latest levels, they will be allocated to five different level groups in English, allowing them to always connect with the most relevant and engaging learning activities.

NAS Shenzhen provides parents with a weekly academic report for every student. 20+ academic reports per semester allow students, parents, and teachers to witness the progress and weakness of different learning domains, guiding these students in setting their future learning goals.

In G1-G3, every class will have a Teaching Assistant to help and support the child. The TA will record the kid’s performance, class engagement, and activities involvement on a daily basis, also checking on homework completion and quality.
