盛夏时节，硕果飘香。2023年8月26日至27日，深圳（南山）中加学校召开了新学期全体教师大会，明确中加学校新学期教育教学任务，统一方向，锚定目标，全力抓好新学期教研教学工作；明确要点，创新举措，全力构建以阅读为起点的学习型课堂。

On August 26th and 27th, SCCSC held a general meeting for all teachers to clarify the educational and teaching tasks of the new semester, unify the direction, anchor the goals, and make every effort to excel in teaching and research work during the new semester.

千红万紫安排著，只待新雷第一声。大会伊始，教学处王艮副主任总结了学校暑期工作的亮点与成绩，充分肯定和高度赞扬了暑期英语打卡活动。学生处周东凯主任就本学期德育工作做了规划与布置：常抓常规管理；创新校园活动、社团活动；培养学生干部；加强家校共建；关注学生心理健康。

Wang Gen, Deputy Director of the Teaching Department, summarized the highlights and achievements of the school's summer work at the beginning,he also fully affirmed and highly praised the "English Check-in" activity held during the summer holidays. Zhou Dongkai, Director of the Student Affairs Office, made plans and arrangements for the moral education work of the semester: emphasizing routine management, innovating campus activities and club activities, cultivating student leaders, strengthening the home-school collaboration, and paying attention to students' psychological well-being.

教学处关宇筠主任总结了上学期工作，从抓成绩、做教研、进课堂、教师评价、师德师风建设五个方面强调了本学期的教研教学工作重点。冷晶副校长解读了学校招生课件，中加学校将始终践行"培养具有中国情怀、国际视野的领导型人才"，落实到教育教学工作中，完成向社会做出承诺。

Guan Yujun, Director of the TAO, summarized the work of the previous semester, emphasizing the focus of teaching and research work for this semester from the aspects of achieving grades, conducting teaching research, entering the classrooms, teacher evaluations, and cultivating professional ethics. Vice Principal Leng Jing interpreted the school's enrollment policy, emphasizing that SCCSC would always adhere to the cultivation of "leaders with Chinese sentiments and an international perspective," which would be implemented in the educational and teaching work, fulfilling the commitments made to society.

执行校长张金仲以“构建以阅读为起点的学习型课堂”为主题做了专题分享。张校长指出教师应当用医病的思路去育人，落实供给侧改革，以阅读为起点，任务为载体，问题为动力，明确教学的终极目标，准确认知学科的体系结构，以读促教，以练反思，打造依托阅读的高效学习型课堂。

Principal Zhang Jinzhong delivered a special presentation on the theme of "Building a Learning-Oriented Classroom with Reading as the Starting Point." Principal Zhang pointed out that teachers should nurture students with a doctor-patient mindset, implement supply-side reforms, start with reading as the foundation, use tasks as the carrier, problems as the driving force, clarify the ultimate goal of teaching, accurately recognize the disciplinary structure, promote teaching through reading, encourage reflection through practice, and create an efficient learning-oriented classroom based on reading.

极深研几，砥志研思，8月27日，各科目教研组长就新学年教学规划向全体教师及领导进行了分享，明确了新学年各学科组严把成绩关，教研关，通力合作，做到“教”有策略，“学”能高效。

On August 27th, subject group leaders shared their teaching plans for the new academic year with all teachers and leaders, clarifying that each subject group will prioritize academic performance in the new year.

随后，王建忠副校长充分肯定了各科目教研组长制定的新学年教学规划，点评了各个规划中的优点、亮点。着重强调了DSE课程的重要地位及新学年全体教师需将DSE课程打造成为中加学校重点带头课程的期望。最后，各年级组长也分享了新学年年级教育教学规划，明确了各年级核心工作，各年级组各科教师也将在各年级组长的带领及指导下群策群力、精诚合作打造高效率的学习型课堂。

Subsequently, Vice Principal Wang Jianzhong fully affirmed the new academic year's teaching plans developed by the subject group leaders and reviewed the strengths and highlights of each plan. He emphasized the importance of the DSE curriculum and the expectation that all teachers would make it a priority course at our School.

硬笔书写心勤苦,智慧源自刻苦研。新学期的各项工作已准备就绪，全体中加人将以饱满的热情，钻研活路，无遮无隔，砥砺前进，全力构建以阅读为起点的学习型课堂。

All the preparations for the new semester's work are in place, and SCCSC people will wholeheartedly work towards building a learning-oriented classroom with reading as the starting point, with enthusiasm, exploration, transparency, and progress.
