李老师获得了国际汉语教学硕士和汉语言文学学士学位，拥有语文和英语教师资格证。她在深圳、香港、新加坡有十多年的教学经验， 主要以双语教授语文、英语、数学和人文地理。她热衷于培养孩子的自信和挖掘孩子的才能，同时指导他们克服学习障碍。经过多年的教学经验积累，李老师致力于以积极正面的课堂环境，来培养学生的独立思考和批判性思维能力。在课堂之外李老师喜欢户外活动，探索新的地方，吸收新的文化熏陶和尝试当地食物。同时，她也是一个热爱阅读的人，喜欢阅读各类书籍来丰富自己。

许老师本科毕业于华南师范大学，研究生毕业于台湾东吴大学，获得音乐学学士与硕士学位。她拥有高级教师资格证与五年以上的教育教学经验，曾带领共约300名学生获得教育局举办的合唱比赛、器乐比赛（民乐团）、少先队仪仗队列比赛、独舞独唱独奏比赛最高奖——特等奖，本人也获得了区级音乐教师全能比赛一等奖。许老师是一位幽默，有爱和有开放心态的教师，善于培养学生的合作能力等，鼓励学生们都能成为自信的星星。

李老师是积极心理健康的倡导者，在心理健康教育和心理咨询领域拥有十年专业经验。她本科就读于北京师范大学（珠海），专业为应用心理学，获理学学士学位，之后在西南大学学习发展与教育心理学专业，获教育学硕士学位。李老师致力于为学生提供知识，理解和支持，让学生能够更好地应对生活所赋予的一切。在加入BMH之前，她任职于深圳市南山区一所双语国际学校，在那里她的学生都认为她是一位值得信赖的助人者。本学年是李老师加入BMH的第一年，她期望支持学生并为他们赋能，让每个孩子都能在学术上和生活上取得成功。

Ms Fennemore, originally from London, graduated from Middlesex University with her bachelor’s and postgraduate degrees. She has experience teaching in the UK and in China and lived in Qingdao for four years. Ms Fennemore also has experience teaching a variety of subjects and age ranges. She has taught children from the age of 3 to 16. Ms Fennemore is a kind, passionate and creative teacher who understands the difficulties of learning a language. She is able to speak English and Spanish, as well as currently learning Chinese. Learning itself is important. Learning has no time or age restriction, and the beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you. Ms Fennemore aspires to inspire.

Miss Byrne graduated from Liverpool Hope University with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Primary Teaching. She has 8 years teaching experience in the U.K teaching a range of ages from 5 years old through to 19 years old. Miss Byrnehas undertaken a variety of roles throughout her career such as Head of Mathsand Head of a Department. She has a true passion for teaching and learning andaims to support pupils to progress in all areas of development whether that beacademic, social or language. She strives to create a community of learnersthat nurtures this growth in a positive and engaging environment. Miss Byrne strongly believes in applying learning to real life contexts to allow pupils to experience and practise concepts and skills learnt in the classroom.

With a robust background spanning 18 years, Lynsey has excelled as an educator in U.K. prep schools and international schools in Malaysia. Her dynamic experience encompasses roles as a classroom teacher, head of department, and head of year. Holding a U.K. qualified teacher status and a Bachelor's degree, Lynsey is on the verge of completing her MEd in advanced teaching, which underscores her commitment to continuous growth.Lynsey's fervour lies in tailoring education to suit each child's unique requirements while fostering a vibrant culture of learning. She is deeply dedicated to equipping her students with 21st-century thinking skills, ensuring they are adept at facing modern challenges. Moreover, Lynsey is enthusiastic about nurturing global competency, guiding her students towards becoming culturally aware and internationally minded individuals, well-prepared for an interconnected world.

With 13 years as a primary educator and 4 years as an outreach art educator in London, Lorna brings a wealth of experience to the table. As an art specialist and peripatetic classroom teacher in 6 Scottish primary schools, she's honed her expertise in diverse educational environments.Lorna's commitment to education goes beyond the norm. She's dedicated to nurturing critical thinking skills in her students, encouraging them to question and explore. Her passion for fostering interdisciplinary, inquiry-based learning is evident in her approach. Ms Li has obtained a Master's degree in International Chinese Language Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature. She has both Chinese and English teaching qualifications, an international Coach certificate and ACAMIS  professional teacher certification. She brings more than ten years of bilingual teaching experience in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Singapore. She is passionate about cultivating children's self-confidence and discovering their talents. She advocates that students develop cultural competence and multi-perspective thinking through language learning, and hopes that students can be rooted in China and become global citizens of the world. Ms Li firmly believes in the importance of combining education with real-world challenges, and advocates empowering students through inquiry, problem-solving and peer collaboration. Outside of the classroom, Ms Li enjoys travelling and being outdoors, exploring new places and absorbing new cultures. She also loves reading various kinds of books to enrich herself.

Ms Xu graduated from SCNU with a Bachelor's degree in Musicology, and graduated from Soochow University in Taiwan with a Master's degree in Musicology. She has a senior teacher's qualification certificate and more than five years' teaching experience. She has led about 300 students to win the highest prize in chorus competition, instrumental music competition (folk orchestra), Young Pioneers honor guard competition and dance, voice, instrument solo competition organized by the Education Bureau. In addition, she won the first prize in the all-round competition of district-level music teachers. Ms Xu is a humorous, loving and open-minded teacher, who is good at cultivating students' cooperative ability, and inspiring them to become confident stars.

Wendy Li is an advocate of positive mental health with ten years of professional experience in mental health education and clinical counseling. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Beijing Normal University (Zhuhai) and a Master of Education in Developmental and Educational Psychology from Southwest University. Wendy aims to provide the students with the knowledge, compassion, and support to cope with all life has to offer, the good, the bad, andeverything in between. Prior to joining BMH, she worked as a school counselorat a bilingual school in Nanshan, Shenzhen, where her students found her areliable person to reach out to. This is Wendy’s first year at BMH; she looksforward to supporting and empowering all the students here so that they cansucceed academically and personally.
