我们都知道身体健康对我们至关重要，那什么是健康呢？健康指的是一个人身体、精神和社会交往都处于良好的状态。

We all know that good health is crucial for us. But what exactly is health? Health refers to a state where a person's physical, mental, and social well-being are all in good condition.

为提高我校学生健康素养水平，增强儿童青少年对传染病、近视、肥胖等常见病的认识，强化“每个人都是自己健康第一责任人”的观念，促进学生养成正确的卫生行为习惯，降低学生罕见病发生率。华美外国语学校于2023年9月21日上午在学校多功能报告厅开展以“我们的健康生活”为主题的健康科普游园活动。

In order to enhance the health literacy of our school students and increase children and adolescents' awareness of common diseases such as infectious diseases, myopia, and obesity, and to reinforce the concept that "everyone is responsible for their own health," we aim to encourage students to develop proper hygiene habits and reduce the occurrence of rare diseases. On September 21, 2023, Hua Mei Foreign Language School conducted a health education carnival event with the theme "Our Healthy Life" in the school's multipurpose auditorium.

此次活动内容丰富多彩、生动有趣。活动包括传染病防控飞行棋、健康饮食趣味游戏、视力游戏闯关、四害科普游戏及小学生健康素养趣味问答等环节。

This event was rich and colorful, engaging and entertaining. Activities included a board game on infectious disease prevention and control, fun games related to healthy eating, vision games and challenges, educational games about common health hazards, and a fun quiz on elementary students' health literacy.

此次活动得到了家长义工们的热心支持与配合，圆满落下帷幕。同学们在本次活动中不仅感受到了快乐，也对视力保护、健康饮食、手卫生等健康知识有了一定的认知。今后我校将举办更多的科普活动，为学生提供更加全面、高质量的医学科普教育，推动教育与实践的深度融合，助力健康校园建设。

The event was successfully concluded with the enthusiastic support and cooperation of parent volunteers.During this carnival event, students not only experienced joy but also gained some knowledge about eye protection, healthy eating, hand hygiene, and other aspects of health. In the future, our school will organize more science education activities to provide students with comprehensive and high-quality medical science education, promote the deep integration of education and practice, and contribute to the construction of a healthy campus.
