秋天的早晨，多云薄雾，微风不燥，深美如期举办了第九届Terry Fox Run慈善义跑活动。虽然只是一个小小的善举，但在孩子们心中，种下了一颗大大的种子。此次活动不仅学生们积极报名捐款，家长们也在场地边上纷纷摆上了义卖展位，这些所有的捐款和义卖收入，深美都会如数捐赠给儿童医院，用于癌症儿童的手术治疗。

On an autumn morning, cloudy and misty, with gentle breeze, SAIS held the ninth Terry Fox Run charity run as scheduled. Although it was just a small act of kindness, it planted a big seed in the hearts of the children. In this event, not only students actively signed up to donate, but parents also set up charity stalls on the edge of the venue. All donations and charity sales income will be donated to the Children's Hospital for the surgical treatment of children with cancer.

孩子们整齐列队到达操场，有些孩子围着义卖展位逛了一圈，有精致可口的手作小甜点，有独特新奇的圣诞小饰品，还有补充能量的巧克力和饮品。有些孩子则是直接走到募捐摊位前，把自己的零花钱捐赠到了募捐箱里。

The children lined up neatly and arrived at the playground. Some children walked around the charity stalls, where there were exquisite and delicious handmade desserts, unique and novel Christmas trinkets, as well as energy-replenishing chocolates and drinks. Some children walked directly to the donation booth and donated their pocket money into the donation box.

体育老师带着学生们做了简单的热身运动，为义跑活动做准备。整个流程分为了三个部分：第一部分是赛跑环节，第二部分是游戏环节，最后是舞蹈狂欢。赛跑依次从教师组、幼小组开始，然后初高中部。学生们努力奔跑，都希望能为儿童医院的孩子们奉献自己的爱心。家长们则在场地边当起啦啦队，为孩子们加油助威。之后是学生们最喜欢的户外游戏环节，不仅能增强体质，还能收获欢声笑语，甚至老师们也都参与到了拔河比赛之中。最后大家都在操场上舞蹈狂欢，摇摆跳动。

The physical education teacher led the students to do simple warm-up exercises to prepare for the charity run. The whole process is divided into three parts: the first part is the racing part, the second part is the game part, and the last part is the dance carnival. The race starts from the teacher group, the kindergarten group, and then the middle and high school groups. The students ran hard and hoped to dedicate their love to the children at the Children's Hospital. Parents acted as cheerleaders on the sidelines of the field to cheer for their children. After that comes the students’ favorite outdoor game session, which not only improves their physical fitness, but also brings laughter. Even the teachers participated in the tug-of-war competition. In the end, everyone danced and danced carnivally on the playground, swaying and jumping.
