Creating a harmonious and inclusive international cultural environment on campus is crucial to the members living in this community. To this end, SAIS organized the largest "International Culture Festival" in Shenzhen, so that students can respect each other's differences, learn the cultures of various countries inclusively, and broaden their global horizons.

Last Friday, all the teachers and students from Shekou Shekou Campus went to Shenzhen Meibao’an New Campus (Secondary school boarding campus to be opened soon) to hold an interesting international cultural festival! Different from traditional Christmas activities, in this activity, students from each class presented different countries in different ways. While preparing the program, the students not only learned about the culture, customs, languages and local characteristics of different countries, but also learned to seek common ground while reserving differences, and to unite and love in a diverse environment.

       活动当天，学生们先是参观了深美宝安新校区。“这个学校也太大了吧”，“怎么这么多个功能室”，“好喜欢这个宿舍呀”，孩子们的赞叹声连绵不断。中午又在新校区的餐厅，品尝了大厨们现场制作的新鲜美食，学生们赞不绝口。

On the day of the event, the students first visited the new campus of SAIS Baoan. "This school is too big," "Why are there so many function rooms?", "I really like this dormitory," the children continued to praise. At noon, we went to the restaurant on the new campus to taste the fresh food prepared by the chefs on site, and the students were full of praise.

       下午的精彩节目，由幼小部的学生们开启。孩子们一个个开心的笑脸上，都是学校整个氛围的体现。深美不仅重视学术，更重视孩子们的全面发展。因此，国际文化节的节目也是丰富多彩，不仅有唱歌、跳舞、演讲、绘画、时装秀等不同的表现形式，内容上也是从一个国家宏观上的人口地理数据，到微观上的吃穿住行都有展示。

The afternoon's exciting program was started by students from the kindergarten department. The happy smiles on each of the children's faces reflect the entire atmosphere of the school. SAIS not only attaches great importance to academics, but also attaches great importance to the all-round development of children. Therefore, the program of the International Cultural Festival is also rich and colorful, not only including singing, dancing, speeches, paintings, fashion shows and other different forms of expression, but also the content ranges from a country's macro population and geographical data to the micro level of food, clothing, housing and transportation.
