SAIS has been organizing the Terry Fox Benefit Run since 2014, a day where children run or jog to raise money, with all funds raised going to sick children at Shenzhen Children's Hospital.
The Terry Fox Charity Run is an annual non-competitive charity sporting event held in many parts of the world in honor of Canadian cancer activist Terry Fox and his Marathon of Hope, and to raise funds for cancer research.
This year, SAIS raised 38,800 RMB through the ninth annual Terry Fox Benefit Run and the day's bake sale. Over these past nine years, SAIS has raised a total of 412,873 RMB to help 25 children.
