Labor is a purposeful activity in which people change objects to suit their needs. It is the direct and only means for humans to understand and transform the objective world. It is also the basic condition for human survival and development. Labor creates human beings. Wise thoughts, profound wisdom, rich emotions, and noble morality all shine brightly through labor. As the writer Gorky said, "I know what labor is. Labor is the source of all joy and all beautiful things in the world." 

Labor is the source of all happiness. Happiness is not a given existence but the result of labor. Humans rely on labor not only to meet basic survival needs but also to create and accumulate social wealth. We also fundamentally realize the essence of human freedom through labor. Daily life continues through labor, and a better life depends on diligent and efficient labor. Only through labor can a person affirm their strength and potential, realize their value, and experience true happiness. 

Labor is the source of all happiness and beauty in the world. It creates everything and is the most reliable wealth. Human society will continue to develop because of labor.
