Self-care is crucial for K3-G2 students, fostering their well-being and essential skills. They can engage in physical activities, practice deep breathing and mindfulness, express themselves through art and writing, enjoy nature and imaginative play, and have moments of relaxation. Developing good hygiene habits, pursuing hobbies, and expressing emotions are important too. Encouraging positive self-talk, empathy, and breaks when overwhelmed, along with sensory exploration and problem-solving, further support their self-care. By incorporating these practices, we empower young students to prioritize their well-being, build resilience, and cultivate healthy relationships, laying the foundation for lifelong holistic well-being.

By integrating a structured schedule that prioritizes tasks while incorporating immediate self-care practices, students can effectively nurture their well-being in the short and long term.
