In summer, with the sunshine and rain of Shenzhen, BMH children enjoyed the resonance between their souls and a piece of music in a "Music Assembly", and where their minds could wander around in the flowing music.
Bravo!
Wonderful musical performers
At BMH, we recognise the potential of our students and are committed to supporting them in pursuing their interests in a variety of fields. The Music Assemblies are designed to provide every child with the opportunity to perform on stage, showcasing their talents in a variety of musical instruments, dance and song.
The dedication and commitment required to perfect a performance is immense. It often involves sitting on a chair for extended periods, falling down and getting up again to perfect a movement, and staying a long time in the practice room. All of the time and difficulty, which cannot be described by others, can be felt by the audience through the performance on the stage. When standing on the stage, all of this is very enjoyable.

Listen to mother
In the March Music Assembly, Jay from P4 performed a piece of Chopin's Waltz in D-flat Major, which requires a high level of basic piano skills. However, he demonstrated no signs of stage fright when he played the dense notes and smooth melodic line, and appeared to enjoy the performance. After the performance, Ms Peggy, the music teacher, asked him how he could be so calm and collected in every performance. Jay said that he had been practising the piano consistently throughout the weeks and was sufficiently familiar with the piece. He also participated in performances to enhance his confidence, which enabled him to perform with ease.
Continue to practise and perform on stage, as this may be the key to becoming a successful performer. These young performers may not be perfect, they may experience stage fright, they may be shy, they may play incorrectly, they may be out of tune, but these are all minor issues. They are simply demonstrating their untapped potential in the spotlight. They will eventually perform on a larger stage and deliver more challenging performances. The performances they are giving on the BMH stage today are invaluable, and it is all part of their growth and development.

Ms Peggy and her team are fully committed to the monthly concerts, from the planning and selection of the programme to the hosting and performance on the day of the show. We are grateful when the audience is able to take their seats during the lunch break and enjoy a beautiful musical performance, made possible by the combined efforts of the performers and the staff behind the scenes.
