RED SCARVES LOVE THE MOTHERLAND

Joining the team is a self challenge and also a dream setting sail. Under the guidance of a counselor, the innocent young people in the first grade learned about the name, style, founders, and leaders of the Young Pioneers, and learned how to wear a red scarf, salute the team, and sing the team song... They earnestly studied the "six knowledge, six skills, and one action" of the Young Pioneers, striving to become qualified Young Pioneers as soon as possible.

As the ceremony began, the prelude of the "March for the Flag" played. The flag bearers and flag guards were full of spirit, dignified, with determined and serious expressions, eyes fixed straight ahead. They marched forward in perfect unison, their steps clean and crisp. All team members stood at attention and saluted the team flag.

As the members sang the "Young Pioneers of China Anthem," each word and note was filled with strength and hope, expressing the students' aspirations. Their singing was imbued with a longing for the Young Pioneers organization.

Wei Xutao, Assistant to the Principal and Deputy Director of the School Young Pioneers Committee, announced the decision of the Young Pioneers organization and revealed the list of new members.

Representatives of the sixth-grade Young Pioneers tied bright red scarves around the new members. At this moment, they became part of the Young Pioneers of China, bearing the responsibility of inheriting the red gene and promoting the revolutionary spirit. The new members were spirited, their eyes resolute, and their pride and sense of duty were evident.

Following this, the new members solemnly took the oath under the leadership of fellow student Fan Xiaotian. Their pledges were powerful, expressing the new members' firm beliefs and determination.

Principal Hu Shaoming, Deputy Director of the School Young Pioneers Committee, presented the flag to the newly established team and issued appointment letters to the newly appointed team counselors.

Liao Maodiao, the First Secretary of Huamei Foreign Language School, advised the members to remember the teachings of General Secretary Xi Jinping, cherish the wonderful times, and strive for comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor. He encouraged them to become patriotic, self-reliant, and aspiring young people of the new era, aiming to grow into pillars capable of shouldering the great responsibilities of national strength and national rejuvenation.

Wang Hao, Director of the Student Development Center and Battalion Counselor, led the new members in clenching their fists and calling out under the team flag. The powerful calls echoed in the auditorium, showcasing the determination and bravery of the Young Pioneers.

With the stirring melody of the retreat march, the induction ceremony for the first batch of new first-grade members at Huamei Foreign Language School in 2024 came to a successful conclusion. The red scarves on the new members' chests fluttered in the wind, basking in the warm sunlight of the Party, and carrying new hopes. This solemn induction ceremony infused our school's Young Pioneers with new vitality and enhanced the sense of responsibility, mission, and honor among all Young Pioneers.

After the ceremony, the School Young Pioneers Committee awarded individuals and groups who won the "Red Scarf Medal" last academic year.

The star torch guides the way, and the red scarf is full of ideals. We hope the new members can carry the responsibilities of the red scarf, earnestly learn the pioneer spirit, inherit the red gene, and strive to be excellent Young Pioneers of the new era!
