五月五日午，赠我一枝艾。作为中国的传统佳节，“端午节”不仅有着各种仪式感十足的习俗，也带来了无数的诗意和浪漫。
在BMH，我们的孩子们了解它的来源，学习各种独特的习俗，去懂得每一种节庆活动中所蕴含的生活美学。在诗情画意中，我们共庆端午，感受节日的美好。
赛龙舟是端午节的一大传统活动，孩子们用自己的创意制作出各样独特形式龙舟，并展开了水上激烈的比赛。谁会是最快的舟呢？来看！
端午时节，家家户户的门楣上或屋子里边都会挂上一株艾草。今天孩子们挑选艾叶和菖蒲 ，制作端午花束和艾草冻以避邪驱毒、祈望安康吉祥。
“异香袅杳祯祥降，爽气氤氲邪疫消”，佩戴香囊不仅是一种端午习俗，更是一种防蚊驱虫的智慧，孩子们用自己的制作的五彩香囊一起祈求健康和平安。

The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional Chinese festival that is celebrated with a multitude of rituals and customs, as well as a rich tradition of poetry and romance.
At BMH, we offer a comprehensive curriculum that delves into the origins of the festival, the unique customs, and the aesthetics of life that are embedded in each of the festivities. Our students gain a deeper understanding of the festival's significance and participate in a poetic celebration that fosters a sense of beauty and community.
Dragon boat racing is a significant and traditional aspect of the Dragon Boat Festival. The children constructed their own dragon boats and engaged in a spirited competition. This is the epitome of team spirit and hard work.
During the Dragon Boat Festival, every family hangs a plant of moxa on the lintel of the door or inside the house. Today, the children select mugwort leaves and calamus to make Dragon Boat Festival flower bouquets and scented sachets to ward off evil spirits and pray for good health and good fortune.
Wearing scented sachets is not only a custom associated with the Dragon Boat Festival, but also a method of preventing mosquitoes and repelling insects. The children prayed for health and peace together with their own colourful scented sachets, which they had made themselves.
