帝国理工学院物理学学士，牛津大学教育学硕士，爱丁堡大学理论物理学博士。

沃尔博士在教育领域有30多年的领导经历，他曾在英国、津巴布韦、新加坡、埃及、巴林和巴基斯坦等多个国家担任过管理岗位。不仅学术能力极强，他同时也是球类运动的体育达人，并且会演奏小低音号并带领铜管乐器合奏团。

周园长拥有幼儿教育和汉语言文学双学士，近20年幼教经验，其中13年在新西兰从事幼儿教学和管理工作， 回国后参与创办并任职杭州惠立幼儿园（英国惠灵顿中国设立的双语学校）教学主任和中方园长。

得益于十多年在海外学习、工作和生活的经历，周园长对西方文化和主流幼儿教学法（EYFS、PBL、Reggio 等）有非常深刻的了解和认识以及长期的一线实践，对高端双语国际化幼儿园的课程设置、教师培养、社区建设等方面有着极其丰富的经验。

拥有华东师范大学学前教育本科学历以及墨尔本大学教学硕士学位。

带着专业知识和对多元文化下学前教育发展的了解，她加入了澳大利亚一所公立幼儿园担任教学主管职位，帮助该园成功获得“超过国家质量标准”的称号。她也曾在墨尔本大学担任教学实践导师，指导研究生实习；她是维多利亚教育局注册导师，指导幼儿教师的教学工作，协助其完成教师资格注册。回到中国后，她曾在上海和杭州的国际学校任职。

B.Sc. in Physics from Imperial College, M.Ed. from Oxford University, Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from Edinburgh University.

With over 30 years in educational leadership in the UK, Zimbabwe, Singapore, Egypt, Bahrain and Pakistan, Dr Charles Wall brings considerable academic edge, a love of sport and the performing arts and successful experience of growing outstanding schools to bear in his role as the Executive Headmaster. 

He enjoys mathematics and science research, racket sports, the cathartic pleasures of cross country running, cycling, rugby, playing the euphonium and developing brass ensembles.

Ms Angela has two bachelors degrees, one in early childhood education and a second in Chinese language and literature. She has 18 years of early childhood education experience, including 13 years of early childhood teaching and management in New Zealand, and was one of the members of the founding team then Curriculum Coordinator and then Chinese Head of Huili Nursery Hangzhou (local branch of Wellington College) after returning to China. 

From her more than ten years of overseas studying, living and working experiences, she has thorough knowledge and understanding of Western culture and mainstream early childhood education models such as EYFS, PBL, Reggio, etc., together with extensive hands-on practice, and she is very familiar with the curriculum structure, teacher development and community building.

Ms Xu has gained Bachelor Degree inEducation at East China Normal University and Master Degree in teaching atUniversity of Melbourne. With vision of early years education in diversecultural backgrounds, she worked as an educational leader at a government-ownedkindergarten in Australia, helping it exceed national quality standards. Shealso worked as Clinical Teaching Specialist supporting Master students’learning at University of Melbourne. She is also a registered mentor with theVictorian Institute of Teaching, helping new teachers to gain professionalknowledge and experience as they transition from provisional to full teacherregistration. Moving back to China, she worked at international schools inShanghai and Hangzhou.
