齐思共研,笃学力行,一年一度的教育盛会——深圳(南山)中加学校第二十一届教学研讨会在2024年6月14-15日成功召开。这次研究会的主题是“学习型课堂建设中课堂讲解策略研究”,参加会议的有校领导及全体教师,同时还有远道而来的合肥中嘉学校的团队。
The 21st Teaching Seminar of SCCSC was successfully held on June 14-15, 2024. The theme of the seminar was "Classroom Instruction Strategies in Building a Learning-Oriented Classroom." School leaders, teachers, and a team from SCCSH attended the meeting.
一:优秀教师观摩课
6月14号上午,理科教师胡葆莹、罗红燕、付一多和文科教师余婷婷、侯晓钧、沙妮娜等共六位优秀的老师为我们呈上了六节观摩课,展示了课堂讲解策略在各个学科的应用。
Representative teachers presented six observation lessons showcasing the application of classroom instruction strategies in various subjects.
二:党支部书记副校长杜娟致开幕词
党支部书记副校长杜娟在开幕词中,清晰地提出了作为教师要勇于转变理念,要致力于给学生高质量的课堂,要切实提升学生的应用能力。空谈误国,实干兴邦,打造高效课堂,是责任,更是义务。
The Vice Principal and Party Branch Secretary, Du Juan, emphasized the importance of teachers' commitment to transforming their teaching philosophies, delivering high-quality lessons, and enhancing students' practical abilities.
三:加方副校长Meghan Gallant主题报告
加方副校长Meghan Gallant为我们做了《沟通学习成果和全球竞争力,助力学生成功》的报告,报告中提出运用AI技术聊天机器人可以沟通学习成果和全球竞争力,与课程标准对齐,与时俱进,有方向更有切实可行的技术指导。
Meghan Gallant, the Canadian Vice Principal, delivered a keynote speech on "Communicating Learning Outcomes and Global Competitiveness to Empower Student Success," focusing on utilizing AI technology such as chatbots to align communication of learning outcomes and global competitiveness with curriculum standards.
四:执行校长张金仲主题报告
Principal Zhang Jinzhong delivered a keynote speech titled "Exploring the Direction of Teaching from the Theory of Learning," emphasizing the importance of focusing on students' learning characteristics to guide teaching practices effectively.
Principal Zhang shared 11 learning theories, including: the theory of learning motivation, cognitive learning theory and so on. By understanding the direction of teaching from the characteristics of student learning, starting with the end in mind, it truly embodies the concept of a student-centered, teacher-guided learning classroom, providing a solid theoretical foundation on how to teach.
五: 主题报告研讨与信息化智慧课堂成果展示
思想碰撞,智慧交融。各教研组围绕研讨会主题进行了深入探讨,并进行了信息化智慧课堂教学成果展示。
Various subject departments discussed and showcased teaching achievements related to the seminar theme.
六:教研组长报告
各个学科的教研组长为我们汇报了各自教研组的课堂讲解策略探究成果,有具体可行的策略与方法。
The leaders of each subject team reported on their research results regarding classroom instruction strategies, presenting practical and viable strategies and methods.
七:黄洪毅书记论文点评
黄洪毅书记不仅对所有教师提交上来的论文进行了认真评选,还为我们分享了《优秀教学论文的要点》,黄洪毅书记用自己的成长之路与专业严谨,为我们做了最真实的分享与引领。
Secretary Huang Hongyi provided thoughtful feedback on all submitted papers, shared key points of excellent teaching papers, and offered valuable insights based on his personal growth journey and professional experience.
八:冷晶副校长公布和解读《深圳(南山)中加学校标准化考试指引》
冷晶副校长公布和解读《深圳(南山)中加学校标准化考试指引》,明确指出雅思/托福、AP、SAT、DSE、国际学科竞赛和学业水平考试作为中加学校六个标准化考试。从制定成绩目标、细化保障措施,量化成绩成效三方面给出具体指引说明。同时强调向专业要成绩,向管理要成绩,向规范要成绩,向责任心要成绩。进一步提升标化考试成绩,助力中加学校的高品质发展。
Vice Principal Leng Jing gave guidance on standardized exams, incorporating six major exams including IELTS/TOEFL, AP, SAT, DSE, competitions, and school exams into the standardized testing scope of SCCSC.
九:颁奖
有付出就一定有收获。学校为优秀观摩课、优秀论文获奖教师、教学成果展示奖进行颁奖。
After hard work comes harvest. The school presented awards for excellent observation lessons, outstanding research papers, and teaching achievement showcases.
十:执行校长张金仲总结讲话
教育不是一个人的坚持,而是一群人的努力。中加人,一切从学生出发,以学生为本,由“学”的理论看“教”的方向,脚踏实地,精耕细作,相信繁花盛开,将不期而至。

In the concluding speech, Principal Zhang Jinzhong emphasized the collective efforts of the school community in prioritizing students, focusing on learning theories to guide teaching practices, and working diligently towards a successful educational environment.
