We led parents and children around the campus to learn about the educational atmosphere and learning environment of VCASZ. Our Principal Zhou and all the teachers provided parents with a comprehensive interpretation of the VCA education model and educational philosophy. Let everyone know more about VCA!

1.导师制

Mentoring System

学校采取导师制升学指导，每个导师负责5-8个学生。通过长时间的了解、陪伴、与学生及家长的沟通面谈，更科学合理地为学生做规划及指导。

VCA adopts a mentoring program, in which each mentor is responsible for 5-8 students.We make plans for students and guide them more scientifically and reasonably through long-term understanding,companionship,and communication with students and their parents.

2.一生一策:升学档案

Student Application File

学生一经入学，注册美高学籍，学校就会为该生建立一份“个人升学档案”，用于记录该生学术成绩、竞赛、奖项等各方面情况，跟踪其成长轨迹，为其未来大学方向及升学工作做好铺垫。

VCA will set up a "personal file for application "for each freshman to record the academic achievements, competition results, awards and other aspects of the students and track the growth of the students, laying the foundation for future application for universities.

3.专业竞赛指导

Professional Competition Guidance

导师会根据学生的个人情况建议学生参加适合他的各类学术及艺术类竞赛，增强学生申请大学的软实力，提高其竞争力。

According to the individual situation of the students, the mentor will recommend students to participate in various academic and art competitions suitable for them, so as to enhance the students' power and competitiveness for application.
