基于上月末中六学生的摸底考试成绩和过往学习记录，教师们进行了详尽的分析，并召开了学情分析会议，指出了每一位学生在各科目中的问题和薄弱环节。根据分析结果，老师们为每一位同学制定了针对性的培优补差策略，帮助他们在薄弱科目上取得进步，缩小差距，确保他们能够在未来的正式考试中取得更好的成绩。

The S6 teachers conducted a placement test for S6 students in August, followed by a detailed analysis, and the teachers held a meeting to identify each student's weaknesses in different subjects. Based on this, teachers created tailored strategies for each student to improve weak subjects, close gaps, and achieve better results in future exams.

  副校长屈佩仪在会议中表示，学校将推出课后补习和「友伴计划」来提升高年级学生的DSE备考信心。课后补习的导师，绝大部份为正在香港各大学就读的大学生，他们对DSE有亲身的体验，所补习的科目，均考取优异成绩，能够对鲸帆中六同学提供最好的支援。而「友伴计划」则通过老师与学生结伴同行，老师成为学生最亲近的“战友”，提供学业和心理支援。

Vice Principal Sarah Wat announced that the school will introduce after-school tutoring and the「Learning Buddy Plan」to to boost DSE exam confidence for senior students. Most after-school tutors are university students from Hong Kong with DSE experience and strong results, offering excellent support for S6 students. The 「Learning Buddy Plan」 pairs teachers with students, providing both academic and emotional support.

    本周四下午，备受期待的「友伴计划」正式启动。学生们根据自己的学习需求，精心挑选了合适的“学习伙伴”——即教师团队中的成员。目标是为了在接下来的学习生活当中，帮助学生解决学习困难，这一计划旨在提供个性化的学术支持，帮助学生克服学习中的困难、缓解心理压力，并增强自信。通过这种方式，我们希望显著提升学生的学业成绩，帮助他们以自信的姿态迎接明年的DSE考试，最终实现个人的学术理想。

On Thursday afternoon, the 「Learning Buddy Plan」 began. Students chose 'study partners' from the teaching team based on their needs. The plan aims to offer personalized support, help overcome difficulties, relieve stress, and build confidence, improving academic performance and preparing students for next year's DSE exams.
