改变成就未来——华美外国语学校举办高一年级家校座谈会

10月18日,华美外国语学校高一年级召开了一场凝聚共识的家校座谈会。家校齐心协力,为孩子们的成长添翼。



首先,邓登江校长发表了热情洋溢的讲话,感谢各位家长和学生选择了华美外国语学校。邓校长表示,华美学校环境优美,教学设施高端,功能场馆齐全,拥有优秀的管理团队和高水平教师队伍。他相信,通过学校、家长和学生共同努力,我们一定有信心、有能力办好华美的首届高中班;通过私人定制式的个性化培养,成就每一个学生华丽美好的人生。


接下来,高一(1)班班主任郭老师(数学高级教师)对学生入学以来的学习和生活状况,进行了详细的汇报:对本学期第一次月考情况进行了质量分析,针对后阶段在班级管理及班级文化等方面也提出了新的要求。



物理高级教师叶老师、英语王老师(英语专业八级、深圳大学硕士研究生毕业)等部分任课老师向学生和家长汇报了本学科的教学情况,并针对个性各异的学生提出了具体的辅导措施。尤其是美术伍老师(毕业于中央美术学院),详细解读了广东省艺术高考的改革政策及备考策略,介绍了华美学校在美术特色上取得的非凡成就。她展现了自己多年来带领学生参加美术高考,实现弯道超车所取得的骄人成绩,使学生和家长倍受鼓舞。家长们认真聆听,不时点头,深感在这样的交流中受益匪浅,对如何更好地配合学校教育有了更清晰的认识。



紧接着,作为家长代表——周同学的父亲,按捺不住激动的心情进行了发言。他诚挚地讲述了选择华美外国语学校的心路历程。他说,是华美校长的教育情怀,高素质的专业教师团队,让他毫不犹豫地选择了华美外国语学校。其他家长也深感认同,不时点头鼓掌。他向全体教师表达了深切的感激之情,尤其是对班主任所展现出的高度责任心与无私奉献精神,给予了高度的认可与赞誉。



最后,课程教学总监周湘(正高级教师)对高中三年的规划及本学期的工作安排作了部署。他表示,为聚焦发展学生核心素养,落实课堂教学变革,华美外国语学校将以课堂教学为主阵地,构建以“思维培树,情感养成”为教育理念的“三阶成长”课堂,通过课前、课中和课后突出学生自主的学习,提升学生的生命价值,发展学生的学科核心素养,使学生得到全面而有个性的发展。寻找潜能、发掘才华、彰显个性、锻炼实力不仅是学校对社会的承诺,也是向学生和家长的保证。



此次交流会的成功举办,不仅加深了家校之间的沟通与合作,更为孩子们构筑起一座坚实的桥梁,让他们在追求知识的同时,得到全方位的关爱与支持。在华美这片沃土上,相信每位学子都能茁壮成长,以自信的姿态迎接未来,书写属于他们的辉煌篇章。


On October 18th, Huamei Foreign Language School held a Home-school symposium to gather consensus in the first year of high school. Family and school work together to give wings to the growth of children.



Firstly, Principal Deng Dengjiang delivered a passionate speech, thanking all parents and students for choosing Huamei Foreign Language School. Principal Deng stated that Huamei School has a beautiful environment, high-end teaching facilities, complete functional venues, and an excellent management team and high-level teaching staff. He believes that through the joint efforts of schools, parents, and students, we will have the confidence and ability to run Huamei's first high school class well; Through personalized training tailored to individual needs, we aim to achieve a magnificent and beautiful life for every student.


Next, Mr. Guo, the head teacher of Class 1, Senior 1 and a senior mathematics teacher, gave a detailed report on the students' learning and living conditions since their enrollment. He conducted a quality analysis of the results from the first monthly exam of this semester and put forward new requirements for class management and class culture in the later stages.



Senior physics teacher Mr. Ye, English teacher Mr. Wang (who holds a TEM-8 certificate and is a graduate of Shenzhen University), and other teachers reported the teaching situation of their respective subjects to students and parents. They also proposed specific guidance measures tailored to students with diverse personalities. Notably, art teacher Mr. Wu (who graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts) provided a detailed interpretation of the reform policies and test preparation strategies for the art college entrance examination in Guangdong Province. He also introduced Huamei School's remarkable achievements in art education. Parents listened attentively, nodding in agreement, and felt deeply enriched by these exchanges. They gained a clearer understanding of how to better collaborate with school education.



Then, as the parent representative, Zhou's father spoke with uncontrollable excitement. He sincerely told the story of choosing Huamei foreign language school . Other parents also agreed, nodding and clapping from time to time. He expressed deep gratitude to all the teachers, especially highly recognized and praised the high sense of responsibility and selfless dedication shown by the head teacher.



Finally, Zhouxiang (Senior teacher title ) made arrangements for the three-year plan of senior high school and the work arrangement of this semester. He said that in order to focus on the development of students' core literacy and implement classroom teaching reform, Huamei foreign language school will focus on classroom teaching and build a "three-stage growth" classroom with the educational concept of "cultivating thinking and cultivating emotion". Through pre class, in class and after class, it will highlight students' independent learning, improve students' life value, develop students' subject core literacy, and enable students to achieve comprehensive and personalized development. 



The successful holding of home-school symposium not only deepened the communication and cooperation between schools and families, but also built a solid bridge for children to get all-round care and support while pursuing knowledge.
