Meet Our Counselling Team | ISNS
This week at ISNS, we are proud to celebrate Bully Awareness Days, an important annual event led by our dedicated counselling team.
The counselling department plays a crucial role in promoting the social, emotional, and academic well-being of our students, and we're excited to introduce the exceptional individuals who make a difference in our school community.
At ISNS, we offer comprehensive counselling services for all students in need of social, emotional, or academic support. Our team provides guidance for every stage of development, ensuring that students have a trusted space to seek help, develop resilience, and grow into well-rounded individuals.
In addition to teaching classes and offering one-on-one support, our counsellors host a wide range of events and initiatives throughout the year.
Support ISNS Families
Through the Journey
Throughout the academic year, our counsellors organize interactive workshops on topics such as stress management, healthy friendships, and navigating peer pressure. These sessions provide both students and parents with valuable tools to help manage the complexities of growing up.
The counsellors also host informal coffee chats for parents and caregivers, offering a relaxed setting to discuss pressing issues, share experiences, and learn strategies for supporting children in their academic and emotional journeys. Whether it's tackling screen time concerns or understanding emotional outbursts, these chats foster a supportive community where parents can ask questions and receive guidance.
To further support families, our team creates bilingual counselling videos that cover a range of relevant topics for students across all age groups. These videos can be accessed at any time, providing flexible support for families with busy schedules. The videos are designed to guide parents and students through discussions on mental health, emotional well-being, and strategies for success, with topics tailored to each stage of development.
