华美出奇招:减负不减质,增效出奇迹!

“减负不减质,提质增效”已成为教育领域改革的重要方向,作为教育的直接参与者与推动者,华美外国语学校积极响应,致力于探索并实施一系列创新举措,旨在为学生作业减负的同时,确保教学质量与学习效率的双重提升。


2024年11月7日上午,深圳市教育局专家组成员一行七人莅临我校开展学生作业负担情况调研工作,通过听取汇报,作业文本检查,座谈会等方式,对学生的作业负担和学校的教育教学质量进行深入调研。

科学规划,精准减负


学校课程教学总监周湘分别从作业管理制度建设与落实情况、学生作业数量与质量情况、对作业的认知情况、教师作业设计布置与批改情况,作业教科研训情况五个维度做了专项汇报。


听取汇报后,专家组对学校管理层进行访谈。


 专家组提出:

学校在减轻学生作业负担的同时,如何做到减负不减质,学校有哪些好的经验、做法?


邓登江总校长

阐述了学校的教育教学理念:

华美外国语学校学生学业基础参差不齐,需求多层次,生源背景多样化,因此,学校对学生培养也有很大的差异,一方面通过设置不同课程,满足不同需要,使学生个性特长得到充分发展。另一方面,结合学校小班化教学优势,作业做到全批全改,面批面改,每篇作文做到三批三改,优秀作文还发表到期刊。在“以评价促发展,以评价保质量”的原则下,制定了相应的绩效工资发放办法,将教案备课、作业评改等纳入绩效考核汇总,进一步调动教师工作的积极性。


周湘总监:

重复过量的作业负担不仅影响学生的身心健康,还可能抑制其学习兴趣与创造力。学校首先从作业量入手,通过教师培训、主题研讨,让教师理解何为优质高效的作业,要求教师布置的作业自己先做。同时精心研讨,依据学科特点与学生实际能力,创新作业格式,科学设定每日作业总量,确保作业既有针对性又能促进学生全面发展。同时,推广分层作业、分解作业经验,针对不同学习水平的学生设计差异化作业,让每个孩子都能在适合自己的难度中找到成就感。

优化内容,提升品质

 减负不等于放弃质量,而是要在有限的时间内追求更高的学习效率。学校鼓励教师创新作业形式,引入项目式学习、探究式作业,结合学校资源优势,开展“香港AI学习之旅”、“走读鹏城”、“兰文化之行”、“梧桐花开”等系列课程活动,让学生在实践中学习,在解决问题中成长。同时,注重作业的趣味性和生活性,让学习不再是枯燥的任务,而是探索世界、发现自我的奇妙旅程。

家校合作,共育未来


家庭是教育的第一课堂,家校合作是实现减负提质增效的关键。我校是一所十二年一贯制寄宿学校,家长选择华美是对学校教育教学质量的高度认可,学校通过一系列的减负提质增效举措,让家长从原来的忧心作业多到放心作业适量,从忧心作业少到放心质量提高,从忧心作业形式多到放心综合素质提升。学校2024届中考,2人达成四大录取线,75%的学生达成公办普高录取线。




调研结束后,专家组对我校的减负提质增效工作给予高度肯定,学校管理层理念先进,学校对于减负提质增效工作的制度建设健全合理,检查落实到位,给学生减轻了作业负担,同时教育教学质量不断提升。


减负提质增效,是一项系统工程,需要学校、家庭、社会三方面的共同努力。学校将不忘初心,持续探索,努力为每一位学生搭建更加健康、高效、快乐的学习平台。

On the morning of November 7, 2024, a group of seven members of the expert group of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of education came to our school to investigate the students' homework burden, and conducted in-depth research on the students' homework burden and the school's education and teaching quality by listening to reports, checking homework texts,carry out in-depth research on students' homework burden and the quality of school education and teaching.

Plan Scientifically 

and Reduce the Burden Accurately


Zhouxiang, the school's curriculum teaching director, made a special report from five dimensions: the construction and implementation of the homework management system, the quantity and quality of students' homework, the cognition of homework, the design, arrangement and correction of teachers' homework, and the situation of homework teaching, scientific research and training.


After listening to the report, the expert group interviewed the school management.


The expert group proposed: 

How can the school reduce the burden of students' homework without reducing the quality, and what good experiences and practices does the school have?


Principal Dengdengjiang elaborated on the school's education and teaching philosophy:

Huamei foreign language school students' academic foundations are uneven, their needs are multi-level, and their source backgrounds are diverse. Therefore, the school also has great differences in the training of students. On the one hand, it sets up different courses to meet different needs, so that students' personality can be fully developed.On the other hand, in combination with the advantages of small class teaching in the school, the assignments were revised in full batches and face-to-face. Each composition was revised in three batches. Excellent compositions were also published in journals.Under the principle of "promoting development through evaluation and ensuring quality through evaluation", the corresponding merit salary payment method has been formulated, and the lesson preparation and homework evaluation have been included in the performance assessment summary to further mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers' work.


Director Zhou Xiang:

The excessive workload of repetition not only affects students' physical and mental health, but also may inhibit their learning interest and creativity. The school first started with the amount of homework, through teacher training and theme discussion, let teachers understand what is high-quality and efficient homework, and require teachers to do their own homework first. . At the same time, we will promote hierarchical homework, decompose homework experience, and design differentiated homework for students of different learning levels, so that each child can find a sense of achievement in the difficulty that suits him.

and Improve Quality

Reducing workload does not mean giving up quality, but pursuing higher learning efficiency within a limited time.The school encourages teachers to innovate the form of homework, introduce project-based learning and inquiry based homework, and carry out a series of curriculum activities such as "Ai learning tour in Hong Kong", "study in Pengcheng", "Orchid Culture Tour" and "Chinese parasol blossoms" in combination with the school's resource advantages, so that students can learn from practice and grow in solving problems. At the same time, pay attention to the fun and life of homework, so that learning is no longer a boring task, but a wonderful journey to explore the world and find yourself.

Family is the first classroom of education, and home school cooperation is the key to reduce the burden, improve quality and increase efficiency. Our school is a 12-year boarding school. Parents' choice of Huamei is a high recognition of the school's education and teaching quality.
