11月18日,在深圳市鲸帆港人子弟学校第十二周升旗仪式后,老师和同学们围绕“自律”这一主题发表了国旗下的演讲。
在成长的过程中,情绪就像多变的天气,时而阳光灿烂,时而乌云密布。今天,我想和大家谈谈怎么做自己情绪的主人。
相信你们都有过这样的经历:考试失利时的沮丧、和朋友吵架后的愤怒、被老师批评后的难过。这些情绪如果处理不好,很有可能让你做出错误的行为。比如,愤怒可能让你出口伤人,过度的悲伤会影响你正常的学习和生活。
当负面情绪来临时,要勇敢地面对它。可以试着找个安静的角落,深呼吸几次,让自己平静下来。也可以把烦恼写在纸上,把内心的情绪释放出来。和朋友、老师、家长倾诉也是很好的办法,他们能给予你温暖的安慰和有用的建议。
同学们,让我们学会管理自己的情绪,做情绪的主人。让积极向上的情绪伴随你度过美好的校园时光,感谢各位的聆听,我的演讲完毕。

Today, I am here to share you an important theme -- "Be the Master of Your Emotions."
In life, we all experience a variety of emotions. Sometimes they’re like sunshine, filling us with energy, and other times like a storm, throwing us into darkness.
But no matter what, we must strive to be the masters of our own emotions. When anger strikes, try taking a deep breath, count silently to calm yourself, and let go of impulsive thoughts.
If you’re feeling sad, allow yourself a moment to grieve, but don’t let the tears blur your path forward. When happiness fills your heart, enjoy it fully, but don’t get carried away.
Emotions are like waves. We can’t stop them from rising and falling, but we can learn to balance on our own surfboard.
In the face of difficulties and setbacks, let’s use optimism to counter negative emotions. Remember, we are the masters of our own minds, and every time we manage our emotions, we grow.
Let us harness our emotions and sail smoothly toward our dreams on the sea of life.

I am honored to give today’s speech under the flag. The theme of my speech today is "Self-discipline Makes Excellence."
What is self-discipline? Self-discipline is the ability to follow rules voluntarily, even without supervision. In academics, self-disciplined students complete their homework on time, actively review and prepare for lessons, and are not distracted by games or TV. In life, self-discipline means respecting rules, waiting in line, and taking care of the environment.
Self-discipline helps us become better versions of ourselves. It gives us control over our time, making our studies more efficient. It strengthens our willpower, helping us face difficulties without giving up. A self-disciplined person is able to plan their life effectively and move steadily toward their goals.
Let’s start today by striving to be self-disciplined, achieving excellence through self-discipline, and allowing the light of self-discipline to guide our journey of growth.
