Education is not something that takes place in one or two years; it is a life lesson learned and benefited from over a decade or even a lifetime. Therefore, students must be well-rounded and developed. Naturally, what we need is not only to measure the performance in a particular subject, but we need to observe the changes in every aspect of the student, their emotional changes, their interpersonal relationships, and their curiosity about the things around them ... We have to observe the whole ecology of education because no tree is isolated and neither is the content of teaching.
When we observe his running posture, the friendship between him and his peers, and whether he can persevere through the race, we care about the sports performance, interpersonal relationships, willpower, and the person himself. When we observe the 'new changes' as if they were buds, we really care about whether the education we provide truly unlocks our students' unique talents and cultivates their gold-like qualities in a diverse arena of life.
